Hi I’m Kelly owner & lead planner/coordiantor of Phamily events. I decided to build something that would be affordable as can be for couple’s to be able to have a planner or coordiantor on their special day and enjoy their day stress free as possible. With me there is never a wrong question unless you don’t ask it, I’m here to answer any and every question you have. I assist diy bride with set up & tear down, servers to bus your tables throughout the night as well as other services to help ensure your day can be as flawless as possible. I also offer BTS content creation on your wedding day to capture all of your in between moments.

I give all of my couples the freedom to communicate to me at any given time their services has started. I also give all of my couples the freedom on their payment plan options. I am also always transparent with my couples. On wedding day it’s the little details that I pay attention too and correct that matters 🩵

    Kelly was an amazing addition to our wedding team! My goal for our wedding to have fun and just enjoy the wedding and be in the moment! Kelly did an amazing job capturing videos & photo so we wouldn’t have to worry about capturing the moment ourselves. It was amazing to be able to receive the photos the very next day! Kelly is so easy to communicate with and such a blessing to have at our wedding!!

    I just got married 11/15/25 from the bottom of our hearts I want to thank Kelly. I don’t think our day could have gone as smoothly as it did had it not been for you. You went above and beyond for us and everything was perfect, hiccups here and there but the way you carried yourself and took control of things, I don’t think wedding coordinators get the praise they deserve. Our guest were amazed by everything you took on. You will be our top recommendation for anyone having an event.

    Hiring Phamily Events and More was 100% worth the investment! Not only did Kelly capture the most amazing content…. I seriously can’t stop watching all the videos she created — but she went above and beyond in every single way. While I was getting ready, she jumped right in to help wherever I needed her without hesitation. She was so supportive, kind, and made everything feel effortless. Then once the reception started, she was right there partying alongside us, capturing all the energy, laughter, and love of the night perfectly. Her talent, creativity, and genuine personality made the entire experience unforgettable. If you’re on the fence about hiring a content creator do it! Having Phamily Events and More there was one of the best decisions we made.
