    Our wedding day was seamless, without any mishaps, all thanks to Rachel! We went through a thorough planning process with her, in which she answered all questions effectively and gave us ideas about things we had never thought about. She understood the aesthetic we were looking for. All of her efforts really showed on our special day, making it the best time of our life!

    To any engaged couple (or individual hosting an event) that is in search of an incredible Planner - Rachel will surpass your expectations. Having worked in the wedding industry for over 12 years and serving nearly 2000 weddings - I have worked with hundreds of Planners in various markets across the U.S. I don't leave reviews for anyone unless they are deserving and true professionals in their role. Rachel is that girl. We recently worked a very elegant wedding together that had a lot of moving parts. The venue was beautiful but not an easy one to work; Rachel made it look easy. She had a smile on her face the entire time and everything ran so smooth - it was an incredible experience for guests (and vendors!). For any couple's wedding to run smooth, on time and the small details to be captured - communication is key amongst vendors. Rachel's communication throughout the process (and even after the wedding) was amazing. She provided all of us serving that wedding with everything we needed and was quick to answer texts when we had questions. I have very high standards when working with industry colleagues and I can honestly say, if I was getting married, Rachel would be my first call. You will LOVE working with her!

    Rachel was our wedding planner for our wedding this last August and man did we make the right choice. She has amazing attention to detail and made sure the months leading up to our wedding and our wedding day were perfect! The wedding process can get pretty overwhelming and Rachel is the perfect calming presence that I needed. I can’t recommend her enough, and definitely have recommended to multiple people :)

    We recently worked with Rachel to help us plan our April 2025 wedding. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event, and was by FAR the best vendor that we worked with. Rachel has incredible attention to detail. She often made suggestions about things that we hadn’t even considered (which is saying something, as me and my wife are pretty detail-oriented ourselves). She always knew the right questions to ask, in both the internal meetings with us, and in the communications with various external vendors. Her planned timeline for the day was executed flawlessly. People always tell you to “expect surprises” on the day of your wedding. For any issues that our vendors had, Rachel figured out how to solve them without needing to involve us at all, and from our perspective, there were absolutely zero “bad” surprises on the day of the wedding. She followed through on every promise that she made, and even more so, took ownership of tasks which we weren’t even privy to. In addition to Rachel being excellent at planning, she is outstanding at communicating and alleviating wedding stress. We’ve been to many other weddings where the wedding planner seems to absorb the stress of the wedding, and I’m happy to say that this was NOT the case with Rachel. She showed tremendous poise and professionalism on the day of the wedding, even when tensions were running high among the family and wedding party. It was so relieving to know that we could rely on her not just for her planning, but to also be a level-headed expert who the rest of the room could look to in times of stress. To anybody interested in planning a wedding, I cannot recommend Rachel any more highly. She is the best that it gets.
