    Before getting married, I had no idea what a wedding planner or a day of coordinator was (Cue the Wedding Planner movie starring JLo) Yep, that was as far as my knowledge went. My wife (then fiance') said we needed one and like many of us, I didn't see the need to add on "unnecessary wedding expenses" when the wedding itself was already going to be a lot. It wasn't until our venue said they required one, a real one. It couldn't be my aunt or my sister, an actual planner with insurance and all that. So fine, we had to hire one. When I tell you that Stacy filled the gap before, during, and after the wedding planning process, she filled the gap and explained all the confusion. Knowledgeable and passionate are two words that I can use to describe Stacy. My wife will tell you that we hired a wedding planner but gained a friend because we did. Stacy is awesome and bad a!

    I am not local to San Diego and I wanted a beautiful destination wedding. I knew that I needed a pro, and that's where Stacy comes in. She's so well versed on the area and her being a native in this city had its advantages. She knows everyone and gave great recommendations for vendors. I saved some money just by her knowing the right people. She also helped us with travel needs and hotel room blocks too. Stacy was our favorite vendor that we hired and I know that any time we come back to San Diego, we're taking her out for a drink because we made a new friend :) If you're not from San Diego, Stacy would be the perfect planner or day of coordinator to make your day so special!

    Like some of you, I was very much on the fence about hiring a day of wedding coordinator. If you have any intentions of assigning tasks to your bridal party or non-bridal family members, let me save you the headache and stress -- Hire Stacy! If you think you're going to save money going that route, think again lol. She is worth the investment to give you the peace of mind every couple needs on their wedding day. She is like Houdini, you need something and she magically appears then 2 seconds later, she's fixing something else and then goes off to save the world. I don't know how she does it but she does! Having Stacy on my side allowed me to not become Bridezilla either lol. I was able to enjoy my day and BE MARRIED!

From the first consultation to the final send-off, Stacy brought nothing but confidence, clarity, and a kind of behind-the-scenes magic that made everything feel seamless. Stacy and her team anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had, handled every curveball with grace, and made sure we could actually enjoy our day instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, or details. Guests kept telling us how smooth and stress-free everything felt—little did they know it was because of one person pulling the strings (quietly, efficiently, brilliantly) the whole time.
