    I inquired about my date and it was available. It was about three weeks later until I could schedule a phone call with them due to my schedule. I finally had a thirty minute conversation with them at 11:30. By 1, they sent over the contract. I responded with a quick question about a few fees I was charged. Their response came 22 hours after our phone conversation saying that they looked at their calendar again and my date suddenly wasn't available. I emailed back asking why wasn't this communicated not even 24 hours prior and I received no response. So it was available for three weeks, but after I asked a question about the contract it suddenly was booked? It was very unprofessional, especially as a newer business.

While your date was open at the time of your initial inquiry, another client secured it before we received your confirmation.
