This developed into a greater love of bringing others happiness and relief in their journey in putting together their unique and perfect events.

We embrace the unconventional to plan the most fun, authentic, and take-your-breath-away wedding experiences. Two Perfect Events is an award-winning and published event design and planning studio based in the Bay Area. We also travel worldwide! We are passionate about creating experiences with highly personalized details and breathtaking moments. Our services include event and graphic design, partial and full service planning. There's nothing we love more than being creative and thinking outside of the box. We know event planning is difficult and time-consuming, we are here to help save you time and stress!

Leah and her team at Two Perfect Events are absolutely fantastic at what they do! As a wedding photographer, it's such a joy to work alongside a vendor who genuinely cares about their clients AND makes the entire wedding team feel valued. Their communication is seamless—everyone stays in the loop, which makes for a truly collaborative experience. I can't recommend this versatile planning team enough. When everyone's working together like a well-oiled machine, the wedding day flows beautifully and becomes something truly special!

Two Perfect Events was started in 2013 and we have worked on over 300 events! We specialize in curating event experiences that reflect our couples’ personalities, aesthetics, and relationship. No two events are the same, we're passionate about creating one-of-a-kind experiences that are authentic to you!

We are a team of 10 made up of 5 event planners and 5 event producers! We work as a team (planning is stronger with multiple heads), your lead is assigned when you book or when you book your date.

Yes! We plan all types of celebrations including all private and corporate events!

We provide unlimited availability as a resource from the date of booking for all communication which includes emails, check in calls, meetings, etc. We don't put a time limit on our communications however the goal is always to save you time and stress!

Each planner only takes on 1 event per day. As a team we are able to take on multiple events per day or weekend however your specific planner would be 100% committed to your day!
