Two Pines was founded by Madeline Metolius in 2022. A trained animator and experienced producer, Madeline brings her playful creative perspective and attention to detail to every wedding she and her team plan. Her weddings are more than just a ceremony and a party, they're a reflection of each couple's unique love story.

Description	Our flagship service for couples who want a professional in their corner from day one. From venue selection, to the post-wedding brunch, Full Planning covers it all. Full Planning offers complete peace of mind through the entire wedding planning process for your entire wedding weekend, with professional guidance from initial design through effortless execution.	Take our full service suite of services wherever your heart desires. We're always down for an adventure! Let us handle all the research, reach-outs, and logistics so your dream destination wedding can be picture perfect.	For couples who want to handle the wedding design themselves, but still want a pro at their side. Partial Planning + Logistics offers a comprehensive suite of services to let couples focus on the parts of wedding planning they find enjoyable, while our team handles the documentation, vendor logistics, and of course, our signature wedding day coordination services.	Sometimes called "day of coordination" but we prefer to call it Wedding Management because the success of your wedding starts long before the big day. Wedding Management includes 3 months of pre-wedding meetings to ensure our team completely understands your plans and vision, so you can trust that your wedding day is in the best hands with us.

One wedding, one planner: that's our mantra. While Two Pines may have multiple weddings in one weekend, each of our talented planners will only ever be responsible for one couple's perfect wedding day on any given weekend. You can rest easy knowing your wedding is the sole focus of your planner on your wedding weekend.

Absolutely! Additional wedding weekend events like your rehearsal dinner, or a post-wedding brunch are included in our Full Planning service. Planning and design of additional events in the days surrounding your wedding can be added to Partial Planning or Wedding Management for an added fee.

We have monthly 75 - 90 min. planning meetings with all our clients. Meetings for full planning clients begin 12+ months out; Meetings for Partial Planning clients begin 6-12 months out; Meetings for Wedding Management Clients being 3 months out. We are always reachable by email, or through our online portal to all clients as soon as they are booked.

We have a small but talented team of planners and coordinators. No matter who is assigned to lead your wedding planning team, you will be in great hands.
