I was born and raised in Central New York. I am a military wife, that married her high school sweetheart. We are your typical family with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We even have that dreamy white picket fence. I started working weddings and events in Syracuse as a server, and realized that event planning was my dream job. I have worked my way up the ladder and decided that it was time to branch out on my own. My years of experience in wedding and event planning have required me to have a sharp eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills and work in fast paced environments to make planning fun and events less stressful!

I love that every wedding or event is unique to the couple or group that is planning the day and that no two are ever the same. I make sure each of my events receives my undivided attention, as my relationships with clients and vendors are the most important part of my business. I will go above and beyond to ensure that your event is my sole focus and is perfectly planned to the last detail!

    Beth is AMAZING at what she does. We could not have survived our wedding without her. She is confident, organized and very knowledgeable. She also brought a lot of fun energy! She helped us address a lot of little details we never considered. When we needed guidance she helped us figure out what we want. She directed us to other incredible vendors like our photographer. As it got close to the wedding she was always available and quick to respond. She even added an extra meeting when I was stressed and felt like I needed to make sure we were on the right path with getting things done. When I started to panic about decor she sent me photos and even doodles to help me envision it which was not only helpful but made me laugh. Her and her team made our day so amazing and memorable. I can't say enough great things about her. She instilled so much confidence that we just knew if anything happened she would take care of it. We had absolute faith and trust in her and she handled everything perfectly. She took so much stress off of us. The coordination was very reasonably priced and she helped with all the set up and break down which I found that to be not included with a lot of other places- worth every penny. After our wedding everything was packaged up right by the door so we just packed the cars and left. If you're on the fence, definitely book with this company, you'll be so glad you did!!!!

    I will preface this by saying that I am not very good at event planning/emails/phone calls and was somewhat dreading wedding planning. I hired Utano Events/Beth for my day of coordinator (and later added on serving staff) at the strong recommendation from my venue. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that my wedding would not have happened without Beth! She caught so many things that I had missed during the planning process. She walked me through rental order estimates, contacted and verified details with all vendors so I didn't have to, made my decor ideas into reality...the list goes on. She has relationships with tons of vendors in the area, and if she didn't work with them before they were sure to let me know how much they enjoyed having her coordinate the wedding. If you are planning a wedding, I would highly recommend hiring Utano Events, and if you are using a more "DIY" venue that doesn't offer many services on site I would VERY highly recommend hiring them!! Worth every penny!

    We booked Beth for day of coordination for our wedding. She did so much more than that, it felt!! Beth was incredibly helpful for the whole month leading up to the wedding, with coordinating other vendors, setting up timelines, and asking us questions about details that we never would have thought of but were absolutely essential to the day! Beth and her assistant Shania were incredible the day of. They set everything up for us and made sure all of the major events happened when they were supposed to. They put out fires that we didn’t even know were happening and were readily available anytime we needed them, even for the littlest things! Our day would not have run as smoothly or been as perfect without them! Would highly recommend booking Utano events for your wedding!
