I am Megan, and I own White Aster! I created White Aster as a way to help couples during such a special time in their lives. My goal for each event is to allow the couple to truly enjoy their day, and not have to worry about anything besides celebrating their love for one another.
I was a bride in September 2021, so I have recent experience in the industry from my client's point of view! I work hard to give my clients the best experience within my power! I love creating wedding magic for my couples on their special day.

The BEST!!
White Aster is absolutely incredible, and we are beyond grateful that we hired them for our day-of coordination! Not a single detail was overlooked, and I felt completely supported from start to finish. Before and after the wedding, Megan went above and beyond every step of the way: giving advice to help us work through details, helping us with getting all of our décor to/from Chicago to Michigan, and post wedding follow ups. On wedding day, Megan and Amy's setup of our decor was impeccable and truly brought our vision to life. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate, Megan & Amy made sure I was included in every decision and kept us calm throughout any stress! As someone who works in the wedding industry, finding a team who would allow me to fully step back and enjoy my own day was incredibly important and White Aster exceeded every expectation. I am so glad we chose them!

We worked with White Aster Planning for our wedding, specifically with Amy, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was such an incredible communicator and total pro from start to finish. The month-of meetings leading up to the wedding were so helpful. Amy has the experience to know exactly what to ask and what to plan for, including things I never would’ve thought of on my own. She made sure every detail was accounted for, and her calm but confident energy kept everything on track. On top of that, she absolutely crushed it at our rehearsal and wedding day. My wedding decor was definitely a bit maximalist, and she handled it all with total grace. I had actually made detailed documents with reference photos for how I wanted each table and decor setup to look, and Amy made sure it all came together exactly as I envisioned. She helped set everything up, coordinated with vendors, wrangled helpers, and made the magic happen! Everything turned out better than I could have dreamed. Truly worth every penny. Amy was the reason our day ran so smoothly and felt so joyful. If you’re on the fence about hiring White Aster, don’t be. They’re amazing, and I'll be talking about how important they were for our big day forever!

White Aster Planning was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was transparent, helpful, and honest. Megan kept everything on track and on schedule, working seamlessly with all of our vendors to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. On the wedding day itself, Megan was amazing - she made sure my husband and I were not bothered at all, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. White Aster Planning was absolutely perfect, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Megan was so amazing to work with! I knew I wanted a planner but had no clue how much extra she would take off our plate. We started meeting with her 3 months ahead of time which was perfect for us. She got to know the vision and was very detail oriented in making sure that it would be executed. I have very odd hours and she was always flexible in setting up times to meet which was essential for our planning. On the day of the wedding all of her work was able to make it so we could truly just enjoy the day. She set up entire venue and because of all the communication prior to the day of she perfectly executed it without me or any other guests help. She also seamlessly organized decor so it would be a breeze to pack up at the end of the night. Megan was so thoughtful throughout the whole process and I encourage anyone going through this to book her - she is well worth it. Also don’t sleep on her rental business- she is open to working with you and getting new inventory based on your vision!
