About this venue

The Hitching Post Historic Wedding Venue is a historic private estate with 26 acres of gorgeous plants and trees for your ceremony and photography backdrop. We are one hour north of Charlotte near Statesville. Your wedding will seem effortless; we decorate, set-up, clean-up, and coordinate so you can fully enjoy every moment. You'll love this! We do not contact couples via this platform; please contact us through our website or social media. We have a specially priced all-inclusive package for 80 people with catering and DJ included for just $6300!

Description

The price for up to 40 people with a full reception is just 2500. Five hours of time are included with this package. More time can be added on, if you wish. Two hours are for getting ready before the ceremony. Three hours cover the ceremony and reception. In your wedding package are staff services to set up and decorate everything you’ve planned with us. Add on catering with our kitchen or bring your own. Photography and minister services available.

    1812 Hitching Post was an absolute dream to work with for the couple’s wedding. As a photographer I thought the communication from the venue was efficient, organized, and the staff were incredibly kind throughout the wedding day. Working with them on site was great. The quality of their work was stunning - the vintage, beautiful grounds provided a gorgeous outdoor space for the wedding and reception. They alap make for stunning photos. Everything flowed seamlessly on the day of, thanks to the venue's attention to detail and commitment to making the couple’s special day perfect. Any couple would have a fantastic, well-organized and amazing experience at 1812 Hitching Post.

    We've worked with the 1812 Hitching Post several times and love this venue! The mature trees and landscaping make this venue super special; it's so relaxed and beautiful!
