With its Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired decor, magnificent 24 foot tall ceilings and spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our lush golf course, the Red Oak Ballroom is our largest space. Red Oak also features a separate entrance and opens onto a large, lovely terrace perfect for receptions and warm-weather gatherings.

A Wedding Weekend Beyond Our Dreams
Our son’s wedding at Eaglewood Resort was absolutely exceptional, and we cannot say enough about the experience. The resort is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the entire weekend ran flawlessly. But what truly made everything unforgettable was Eileen, the banquet manager. She is extraordinary. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail are unmatched. From the moment we met her, we knew the event was in capable hands, but she exceeded expectations in every possible way. The reception space took our breath away when we saw it for the first time. Every detail was perfect, from the linens to the centerpieces to the overall layout. The room looked elegant, warm, and cohesive, and guests commented all night on how gorgeous everything was. It is clear that Eileen has an incredible eye for design, and she executed the vision with remarkable precision. The food was another major highlight. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and plentiful, and dinner was outstanding—beautifully plated, served hot, and full of flavor. Many guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. Cocktail hour and dinner service moved smoothly and professionally, a credit to the entire banquet team. Our rehearsal dinner at Eaglewood was also perfect. The space was intimate and welcoming, and the staff was attentive without ever being intrusive. It set a wonderful tone for the weekend. The get-ready rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the break services throughout the day were excellent. Everything was refreshed consistently, and the staff anticipated needs before we even asked. The guest rooms at the resort were spotless. Every family member and friend who stayed on-site commented on how clean and comfortable their accommodations were. The doormen also made a lasting impression—they were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, offering assistance the moment guests arrived. Throughout the weekend, every staff member we encountered displayed professionalism and pride in their work. The coordination between departments was seamless, making the entire experience feel effortless for our family and our guests. Still, nothing compares to what Eileen brought to the weekend. She is calm, thoughtful, proactive, and deeply committed to making every detail perfect. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy the day without worry. She handled the timeline, the setup, the transitions, and every behind-the-scenes task with complete confidence. She made us feel supported and cared for, and she turned our son’s wedding into something truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend Eaglewood Resort to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service. If you have the opportunity to work with Eileen, consider yourself incredibly fortunate. She made our son’s wedding flawless, and our family is endlessly grateful.

Our wedding was amazing at Eaglewood Resort & Spa! The service was unbelievable, the food was fabulous, and the whole day was seamless with Robb Rybicki leading the way. We planned to have our ceremony outside in the beautiful golf course, but God had other plans and it stormed. It was actually pretty cool. Robb quickly moved our ceremony into the ballroom, which was gorgeous! The whole venue is gorgeous and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! All of our guests raved about the truffled gnocchi, filet mignon, salmon and pork chop! The wine was very good too!
Highly Recommend!
Eaglewood was a wonderful venue to host our wedding at! Everything was perfect from the look of the room to the kindness of the waitstaff. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, there was never bad experience. Communication was clear and we could not be more happy the day of having the most confidence that everything was handled. It was clear that everyone involved truly cared about making our night so special. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering! The convenience of the entire weekend was also huge weight lifted off of our shoulders when it came to planning. They were able to accommodate the rehearsal dinner, getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Once our guests arrived for the weekend, they did not have to leave and I know everyone really appreciated that small detail.
Hidden Gem among the suburbs
Eaglewood literally feels like you're in some place other than a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. It truly felt like an escape from the world. Working with Eileen to plan our wedding was fun and easy, she was always quick to respond to emails. We decided to move forward with our wedding depsite pandemic restrictions and she made sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Eaglewood's flexibility during that time was very much appreciated! We couldn't be happier with the beautiful location, delicious food and friendly staff. Eileen was there throughout our entire day, making sure we had everything we needed and escorting us to the first look locations on the golf course! We had our ceremony outside with the golf course as our back drop. There are plenty of beautfiul places to take pictures on the grounds as well! Having the "get ready rooms" available to us was also convenient since they are located closer to the event spaces than your hotel rooms are. My husband and I chose Eaglewood because my close friend got married there. We loved it then and we loved it even more for our wedding!
