About this venue
Glen Magna Farms is an elegant country estate with four restored gardens created during the 144-year occupancy by the Peabody and Endicott families. The estate, named after the Endicott family’s ancestral home in England, is an outstanding example of Colonial Revival architecture and its harmonious union with the landscape. Statuary, urns, fountains and garden pavilions embellish perennial, annual, shrubbery and rose gardens. Once the summer home of the Peabody & Endicott families, Glen Magna Farms is an ideal setting for wedding ceremonies & receptions, photo shoots and other special occasions. The grand Colonial-Revival mansion is nestled on 11 lush acres of a country estate that contain award –winning formal gardens and the Derby Summer House – A National Historic Landmark.

Rental of Glen Magna Farms includes exclusive access to the grounds, the following rooms in the mansion: The Foyer, Drawing Room, Dining Room, Veranda and Rest Room. Second Floor: Two changing rooms connected by a restroom, second changing room and additional restroom. The Mansion is heated 7 has window unit air-conditioning. The first floor of the mansion is fully handicap accessible. Danvers Historical Society Family – level membership required Cost $65

Amazing venue!
We had an amazing experience with Glen Magna Farms! We would book GMF 10000x over again. We worked with Heather and Sam who were both amazing and gave us full confidence in our choice. The food was AMAZING and the service was top notch. We got numerous compliments from guests on the beautiful setting/gardens (July 2025 date) and stellar food and drink. Thank you to the team at GMF!
Glen Magna Farms was Fantastic
We absolutely loved having our wedding at Glen Magna Farms. The venue is stunning—between the beautifully maintained gardens and the elegant tent setup, the space truly speaks for itself. We barely needed any additional decorations because the grounds provide such a gorgeous backdrop on their own. Glen Magna partners with Vinwood Caterers, which made the planning process incredibly seamless. Having the venue and catering team work so closely together took so much off our plates and helped everything come together smoothly. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Paige, who was phenomenal from start to finish. She responded quickly to every email and question, offered thoughtful guidance, and even coordinated with our vendors directly, which made the lead-up to the wedding so much easier. On the day of, she was just as helpful—calm, organized, and on top of every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team. Glen Magna Farms is truly exceptional.
Wedding venue of our dreams
We got married at Glen Magna Farms in June 2025 and could not have dreamed of a better wedding venue! The gardens were stunning for the ceremony, the lawn was the perfect setting for cocktail hour, and the reception under the tent was incredible. There are so many beautiful locations on the property for photos. We worked with Paige as our day-of coordinator and she was phenomenal. Our day went perfectly smoothly thanks to her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Vinwood Caterers and their staff were incredible, as well. Our family and friends were raving about how gorgeous the venue is and we will look back fondly on this day and this special venue for years to come.
Absolutely Esquisite
Glen Magna was truly absolute perfection. We had our wedding in early August, and the flowers were magnificent! The grounds, the house, the tent, it was all just incredibly beautiful. The staff at Glen Magna were also incredible from everything leading up to the wedding to the wedding day. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything in my vision come true. The catering was also exceptional. People are still bringing up the food at our wedding. And, working with the caterers was an exceptional experience, too. The variety of options was amazing, and the food was actually delicious. Everyone thought so! If I could change anything about Glen Magna, it would be to do it all over again! I cannot say enough about the staff, the building, the grounds, the ambiance, the food, etc., etc., etc. Thank you, Glen Magna, for allowing me to have a wedding that exceeded my dreams!
