What’s included in the rental?

Our pricing is straightforward and remains the same regardless of your day preference. All rentals include access to our handcrafted log and timber-frame barn, farm grounds, outdoor ceremony areas, open fields, patios, fire pit, and on-site parking. We also include tables, chairs, and basic décor items. Horses and farm animals are able to be seen at our fences. (You can add an animal handler to your event package to bring the animals OUT to your event to visit with guests and photo opportunities)! Contact us for a full pricing guide and availability.

How do we book?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract + $250 deposit locks in your date. Final payment is due 30 days before the event. Payment plans are an option!

What’s your alcohol policy?

Accepted Answer

Beer, Wine, and Sparkling Alcohol is allowed. NO LIQUOR is permitted. BYOB is NOT PERMITTED and may not be brought onsite by your guests. WE DO offer bar service for Alcohol purchased by you and brought onsite, and must be served by one of our amazing bartenders. You may ALSO hire outside licensed and insured bar services with the same perimeters. (Beer, wine, and Sparkling (all under 16%).

How is parking and accessibility?

We offer on-site parking for guests, including a designated accessible drop-off near the main barn. The venue has handicap accessibility.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Caterers, Food Trucks, DJs, planners—your choice. But our preferred vendors are THE BEST and love our farm.

What décor do you provide?

We provide a large inventory of décor, including easels, signage, lanterns, centerpieces, whiskey barrels, and a log/timber ceremony arch. Please check our full inventory list before purchasing your own items!

What tables and chairs are included?

Accepted Answer

Your rental includes folding tables and black metal guest chairs. We typically provide seating for up to 175 guests. And then additional seating throughout the barn, patio and farm grounds. Pub tables with stools and our main bar can seat 10. Yes — we set them up before your event based on your preferred layout.

Are linens included?

Yes, we include BLACK and IVORY linens for both round and 6ft rectangular tables. We also provide Black & White buffalo, Champagne, and Dark Brown for rectangular tables. We can also recommend rental vendors who provide linens as well. Plastic table coverings are not permitted

Do you provide staff on event day?

A farm venue host is on-site to help with venue needs. You’ll still want your own “Same Day of Event coordinator” for the full day rental option. (Required for Weddings-see our preferred vendor list)

What does the cleaning fee cover?

We handle bathrooms, trash, sweeping, and general cleanup of barn space nd farm grounds. You take your décor and personal items with you. Wash and replace anything borrowed!

What are setup and teardown times?

Include this in your rental time. Normally 2-4 hours before and 1.5 hours after your event.

Are glass bottles allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes—but must be handled responsibly. We ask that broken glass be cleaned up immediately for safety.

Do we need event insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We require a basic event liability insurance policy if ANY alcohol is at the event. www.Wedsure.com offers this usually around $125-150, naming Harvest Place Farm as additionally insured. We ENCOURAGE same-day of event insurance without alcohol, but it is not required.

Any extra amenities?

Yes! Our venue includes a bridal horse stall, Tack room for the groom’s room, outdoor fire pit, lawn games, photo areas around the farm, and access to beautiful outdoor spaces. Additional outdoor heaters for cooler weather that has a gas fee. ( see Pricing and Inventory).

Yep — the barn is your covered backup space. It is still open-air. The patio area would NOT be covered in weather.
