About this venue
WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. You supply the photographer, caterer, people, and the love, and we take care of the rest; at Historic Ann’s 1893, we’ve got it all made easy for you! Julie Hill, owner

Pam's Meadow is our large outdoor ceremony and reception space. Surrounded by a grove of trees, this beautiful space is usable year round.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds) and there are 2 full baths. For more than 6 people, couch surfing will need to be explored and/or a blow up mattress and bedding provided by the client. There are 3 electric fireplaces for warmth and ambiance throughout. Enjoy the deck, grill, and the view!

Bride's House Rosie's Retreat
Rosie’s Retreat is our dedicated “Bride’s House”, but may be used for family, friends, or whatever your needs are.
Rosie’s Retreat will sleep 6-8 and will include 2 queen beds, 1 sofa queen, and a twin futon. Rosie’s has a large fire pit and grill out back with plenty of room for the bride’s and groom’s parties and family to relax together and enjoy early evening sunsets and late evening star-filled skies.

The Best Day
For our wedding we wanted an affordable venue with rustic charm. Historic Ann’s is just that and more! Julie and Ellen were extremely helpful with organization and they were simply wonderful to work with. The venue has so many resources available and plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas provide plenty of spaces for the guests. Julie also has a list of vendors that have worked with them before-that was extremely helpful as we did not have to worry about directing multiple vendors the day of. If you want your wedding to be a historic moment-be sure to choose Historic Ann’s!

The entire process was a joy. The venue is beautiful. Jill is an absolute dream to work with. I would book this venue a thousand times over. It was absolutely perfect! The entire time we were there everyone at the wedding was talking about how nice the house and outdoor area. Being able to stay onsite was extremely helpful. We didn’t feel rushed. 100/100 recommend!

I am so glad I decided to get married at Historic Ann’s. The hosts are friendly and communicative, and happy to answer any questions. The space is absolutely beautiful and very enchanting. We were able to decorate the spaces to match our theme & vision for the event, which made things even more special. Having the different areas available helped to keep the party moving, provide spaces to rest from dancing, and gather in spaces away from the music so you can talk. It was also nice to be able to rent the Airbnb’s so we didn’t have to worry about where we were staying those nights.
