This hotel is a hidden gem for weddings. At first, I was hesitant about the "airport" location, but it was so convenient for all my guests flying in. The ballrooms are really nice and there's a ton of great photo locations around the hotel. The convenience of having the ceremony, reception, and hotel all in one location made the planning process seamless. We are so grateful to the Hyatt team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

For a wedding centered on unparalleled convenience, the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is uniquely positioned directly within the airport’s main terminal complex, sitting physically above the spaces between Terminal A and Terminal B. This location allows your guests to transition from their flight to your celebration in minutes without ever needing a shuttle or rental car.

We are a full-service wedding venue that handles all catering and beverage services through our dedicated on-site culinary team. While outside catering is restricted, there are exceptions for specific religious or ethnic needs (such as Kosher or South Asian catering) that our kitchen cannot accommodate, though this requires prior approval and potentially additional fees. Our philosophy is to maintain high standards for high-volume catering. Our culinary team emphasizes "farm-to-airport" ingredients when possible, frequently sourcing items like Palmetto Creek Farms pork and Canaveral royal red shrimp from nearby Florida producers.
