About this venue
Thank you for considering Mission Table for your intimate celebration. The estate is set along the shores of West Grand Traverse Bay, with stunning sunset views. It is surrounded by mature pines, gardens, and vineyards, offering a storybook setting. Inside, our spaces feel warm and welcoming, with historic details like stone fireplaces, original tilework, stained glass, and large windows that bring the landscape in. Your guests will enjoy locally sourced cuisine and warm, attentive service at a one-of-a-kind venue.

THE HARBOR ROOM
A light-filled dining room with bay views and an original stone fireplace
The Harbor Room is our largest dining space, featuring full windows with views of West Grand Traverse Bay and an original fieldstone fireplace. A long community table runs through the center of the room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for gatherings. Rental of the Harbor Room includes access to the upper section of the deck for cocktail hour, offering a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Facilities Fees: $500 Minimum Food & Beverage Spend: $2,500

THE GROUND FLOOR
A unique full-floor layout with outdoor deck access and sunset bay views
The Ground Floor combines the Harbor Room, Tap Room, and Bay Room into one connected space, offering flexibility for dinner, dancing, and gathering throughout the evening. The Bay Room may be used for increased guest count, dancing, or as an indoor rain backup for ceremonies. Full west-facing windows provide sunset views in each space and rental includes use of the upper section of the deck for the duration of your reception. Facilities Fee: $2,000 Minimum Food & Beverage Spend: $4,000

An intimate space with floor to ceiling west facing windows and adjacent to the bar
Our Bay Room is located on the main floor of Mission Table and is next to the Tap Room. Appropriate for as many as 30 guests. Western facing windows provide views of the bay and features a cozy fieldstone fireplace. Facilities Fee: $250 Minimum Food & Beverage Spend $1,500

A charming second floor space with expansive water views and original estate details
Our Library is located on the second floor of Mission Table and seats 30 guests. As they climb the winding staircase, they will be greeted by a foyer with an intimate seating arrangement. This space features flexible table configurations, original stained glass windows, and historic Pewabic Tile. Windows face both the east & west, providing expansive views of the estate and water. *The Library is not handicapped accessible Facilities Fee: $250 Minimum Food & Beverage Spend: $1,500
