I’m truly sorry to hear that aspects of your dinner did not meet expectations, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Due to a high and evolving risk of inclement weather that evening, our team made a precautionary decision shortly before guest arrival to move the event indoors. While this decision was made with guest comfort and safety in mind, I understand that you would have preferred to enjoy the waterfront setting, even with some risk involved, and I regret the disappointment this caused. I’m also very sorry that the chicken was not to your liking and that the music was not audible outside as expected. Had we known during the event, we would have addressed these issues immediately, but your feedback is nonetheless taken seriously and has been shared internally to ensure improvements moving forward. Please know that we are reviewing our decision-making and operational processes to prevent similar situations in the future.
