Do you host wedding ceremonies or receptions?

Penns Woods Winery is located in a very residential area, and our of respect for our neighboring community, we do not host wedding ceremonies or receptions. We host a variety of other wedding-related events, including bridal showers, engagement parties, and welcome dinners!

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Per law, any alcohol not provided by Penns Woods Winery is not permitted on our property. All coolers are subject to random check. We can provide beer, cider, and a small selection of canned cocktails on an a la carte basis for your event.

Do you have on-site parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have plenty of parking available on site of your event. We encourage all guests to drink responsibly and utilize a ride share service whenever possible.

Question 4

How many hours are included in our booking?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation includes six three hours of event time, plus one hour prior to your event for set-up and 30 minutes afterwards for clean-up.

When is your pavilion available for booking?

Accepted Answer

The pavilion is available for booking on select weekends and weekday evenings April-October.

Question 6

Do you provide food, or should we utilize a caterer?

We do not have a full service kitchen to provide food for private events. You are welcome to bring in your own food, or choose from our list of approved caterers to utilize for you event.

Can I have photos taken on your property?

Accepted Answer

Photos on our grounds & in our vineyard are permitted with prior arrangement. Our preferred photographer is Erin Ingraffia. Please reach out directly with her to arrange your photo session. If our preferred photographer is unavailable or you would like to work with someone else, a photography fee is required. Please email kait@pennswoodswinery.com to book an appointment.

Is smoking permitted?

The use of cigarettes, cigars & electronic smoking devices is permitted in our designated smoking area ONLY, away from our seating areas, entrances & other guests.

What types of events do you host?

We host bridal showers, wedding showers, and engagement parties. We do not host wedding ceremonies or wedding receptions.

Is the pavilion covered?

Yes! Our covered pavilion overlooks the vineyard and offers protection from sun and light weather while still feeling open and scenic.

What beverages are available?

We offer a curated selection of Penns Woods wines, along with cider and a few beer options. Beverage packages can be tailored to your group.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, standard tables and chairs are included with your reservation.

Can we decorate the space?

Light décor such as florals, table décor, and signage is welcome. We do not permit balloons, glitter, confetti, hanging decor & other items that may be harmful to the environment.

Are games and gifts allowed?

Of course! Bridal shower games, gift-opening, and speeches are all welcome. Please note that due to our residential nature, we do not allow microphones.
