Planterra Conservatory

The Conservatory is climate controlled in the cooler months and maintains pleasant temperatures throughout autumn, winter, and spring. In the summer, the Conservatory is well ventilated, however, due to inconsistencies in cooling, the Conservatory is not available for events requiring formal attire in June, July, or August.

Domesticated dogs and cats are permitted if part of a wedding ceremony or presentation. However, during the party or reception pets must be leashed or caged. The owner must attend to the pet.

Our lot is closed and locked after event hours and does not reopen until business hours the next day. Any personal vehicles are left on premise after the event concludes will not be accessible and may not be retrieved until the lot is reopened.

Six hours of Conservatory use are included for ceremony and reception events, and five hours of Conservatory use are included for reception only events. Couples have the option to add additional Conservatory time to their event.

The Facility Fee includes 5 hour use of the Conservatory, access to Green Rooms 2-3 hours before your event, 2 wood entry tables, 10 wood cocktail tables, exposed wood dining tables, queen and round dining tables, cake table, hanging Italian lights in the Center Court, 1 lounge, onsite management staff for the duration of your event, and labor for event set up & clean up. The Ceremony Fee includes a 6th hour for your event, house wood ceremony chairs, ceremony coordinator, 1 hour rehearsal, PA system with lavalier and wireless microphone, and labor for ceremony set up & clean up.
