At Starlight Meadows near Mill Creek, WA, we celebrate beauty in its many forms - from rustic to refined, and believe the joy and success of an event is measured by the magical moments created, rather than the size of the guest list. Intimate, inclusive weddings and group events are our specialty. What can we create for you?

Star Pavilion
The Star Pavilion is a fixed tent with dreamy curtains and wide open views of the meadows and trees that surround the property.
Dreamy curtains, 21 glass/metal star lights, and rustic farm tables paired with elegant Chiavari chairs create a unique and chic vibe. Enter the Star Pavilion from the meadow on star-tiled stairs for a dramatic entrance or exit. The space is sized to take care of 100 guests rain or shine. The attached "Love Shack" provides additional 200 sq ft for a family/sweetheart table, jazz band or desserts. A catering station in back of the Love Shack provides hot/cold running water and shelter.

Meadow and Starlight Barn Backdrop
Beautiful country meadow surrounded by evergreens, flowering trees, shrubs and perennials with rustic barn as a photo backdrop.
The meadow is very picturesque and flexible. We hold a 400-person music festival each July and get rave reviews. Weather permitting, all of our wedding ceremonies happen in this meadow, with either the rustic barn or dreamy woodland view as a background for your ceremony.

Couples get access to an online catalog of hundreds of items, 95% of which is is free to borrow with each booked event; item rental fees only incurred with heavy items (antique sofas, rugs, etc.), those that require washing (table runners, chargers, etc.), or those items easily lost/broken (napkin rings, etc,). One free on-site Style Session is included to see how décor from the Starlight Store can help you achieve your dream style.

Starlight Cottage
Starlight Cottage is your home base during the day of your event and for an extra rental fee, can sleep 11 at night before and after your event.
An overnight stay (2 night minimum) offers a more leisurely approach to the festivities and insures quality time with visiting friends and family. With over 300 Five Star Reviews from previous short-term renters, Starlight Cottage is sure to make your group very comfortable. No parties, pets, or smoking.

Daylight basement often used fro Groomsmen offers a lounge area that includes TV, Xbox, beverage fridge, desk and Queen Sofa Bed along with 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom. Top floor bedroom offers 3 Twin XL beds, mirrored makeup table. Central Air and Heat, lighted Patio with fire Pit.

Two compact but very clean and stylish restrooms are available for guests ~200 feet from the Star Pavilion. The spaces offer running water, flushing toilets, a clean white interior with mirror, fan and lighting. For those guests who have accessibility issues or wore the wrong shoes can be shuttled to and from the restroom in our Starlight Express Golf Cart.

Don’t look Elsewhere.
Starlight Meadows was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, their communication was amazing - they were incredibly detailed, responsive, and truly cared about making our day special. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful natural scenery that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. And on top of that, we were blown away by the incredible value - the quality of their work was far beyond what we expected for the very reasonable price. It was clear that Connie and her husband put so much care and pride into every aspect, treating our wedding as if it were their own. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and are so grateful to have found this hidden gem of a venue.
A Midsummer Night's Dream
If I could think of all the things I would want in a wedding venue, Starlight Meadows somehow had it all. Connie has an expert eye and all the decorations you could ever want in her Starlight shed. As someone who wanted to do their own flowers, appetizers, and desserts, Starlight meadows was super flexible with our DIY elements! It's like having a wedding planner and venue in one because of their clear, professional, and genuine communication, thoughtful style session, and recommended vendor list. Starlight Meadows is truly in the business of love, even going so far as to get a tap truck ready for our wedding, showcasing their attention to detail and care for the guest experience.
We loved Starlight and Connie!
Starlight Meadows is an absolutely beautiful venue with amazing owners. Connie answered all our questions, clearly communicated, and eased our anxieties. Having their store for decorations was helpful and the style session to discuss our vision was fun. The effort and thoughtfulness that Connie and her husband put into our wedding day showed that they genuinely care for their clients. We also loved staying at the cottage! Being able to stay at the venue all weekend gave us the opportunity to have a sleepover with friends and have easy mornings.
