About this venue
Located on the North Shore of Oahu, Sunset Ranch is one the most exclusive private estates in Hawaii. The 30-acre property has panoramic ocean and mountain views of the entire northwest side of the island, and is home to six event venues, avocado and lychee orchards, an aquaculture site, two apiaries, a butterfly house, botanical gardens, and a family of horses. Our team understands that every couple has a vision for their special day. With this in mind, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to design and create an event tailored just for you. Our package offerings include what we have identified as the 'ten core elements' to hosting a successful event at Sunset Ranch. Our package offerings are flexible: (1) we finalize invoicing to your head count, (2) we customize packages to your vision and budget, and (3) we provide full category credits. Sunset Stables
Our indoor reception venue!
Sunset Stables is our indoor venue at Sunset Ranch and provides approximately 9600 square feet of space. It has large barn doors on both ends, white walls, and three large crystal chandeliers. The venue is easily partitioned with elegant drapery to accommodate a variety of event sizes and set-ups. Coming in Q1 2026, Sunset Stables will have newly installed hardwood flooring throughout.

Sunset Vista
Cocktail hour favorite!
Sunset Vista has spectacular ocean and mountain views of the entire northwest side of the island. The Vista overlooks our lower pasture and is one of the better venues for sunsets. The venue is also in close proximity to Charlie’s Pond. We host many ceremonies, cocktail set-ups and stations for our farm-to-table experiences in Sunset Vista.

Sunset Meadow
Our largest outdoor venue!
Sunset Meadow is our largest venue at nearly five acres and is home to our world-famous eucalyptus tree. The Meadow offers sweeping ocean and mountain views across the entire northwest side of the island. This versatile space hosts wedding ceremonies, lawn games, pony rides, and a variety of other activities. Most recently, we’ve added a newly planted lychee orchard with 104 trees, bringing even more beauty and abundance to the setting.

Courtyard Chapel

Beautiful venue & service team
Sunset Ranch Hawaii was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was fast, organized, clear, and they were on top of every detail. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding - the grounds were lush, abundant, and absolutely beautiful. Their attentive service team made sure we were taken care of, serving us food and saving us dessert, and they were patient in keeping us on schedule with our packed timeline. They executed the ceremony, coordinated the chocolate, set up of the games and reception sign and bangles and seating chart flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless and memorable experience. Sunset Ranch Hawaii truly made our special day perfect in every way.

I booked my wedding date at Sunset Ranch 2.5 years ago after falling in love with it online. I had never seen the venue in person, but based on the reviews and the wedding packages, I felt confident that this would be the perfect venue to host my dream wedding. Just a few months after I locked in my date, I found out I was pregnant and would be due just weeks before my original wedding day. I went into full panic mode when I reached out to Ronda, my Sunset Ranch appointed wedding coordinator, to let her know the news. Greg(owner) and Ronda did not let me stress about this and happily moved my date another year out without any further questions asked. Because of this, I was able to prepare for an incredible wedding that exceeded all my expectations. Planning a destination wedding while raising a newborn was something I never thought I would have to do, nor did I know how incredibly difficult it could be. It would have been impossible without Ronda’s help and guidance. She went above and beyond and was always honest and transparent about every decision, option, or issue that arose. I love that Sunset Ranch has vendors for almost everything already. It made the wedding planning process so much easier. Any decision between vendors or design elements that I had to make was easy due to Ronda’s suggestions. The entire Sunset Ranch team worked seamlessly to make sure my wedding day was amazing. All my guests were in awe and could not say enough great things about the venue and team. The party favors (honey) were a hit as well! My husband and I were pretty bummed when TSA took our bottle on our way back home. The BEST part - nothing beats the natural beauty of the venue / views from the venue. Being able to pause and appreciate all the beauty around us with all our friends and family as we soaked up everything that just happened was incredible. I couldn’t be happier about where I chose to get married. If you’re a bride that does not want the bridezilla title or to get sucked into picking out every little detail on your own and welcome help/suggestions from seasoned wedding professionals, look no further. Sunset Ranch is an absolutely gorgeous venue, with flexible packages, and a rockstar team to execute your big day. To Ronda - thank you for being more than just a coordinator, but also a friend over the last 2.5 years. You were the perfect coordinator for my rowdy bunch of friends and a great person to talk to when I struggled to find the balance of raising a baby and planning a destination wedding. Thank you for not just treating us as clients, but as family. My wedding party, along with everyone who got to see you kill it on wedding day absolutely adored you. I could not recommend Sunset Ranch more highly to anyone considering this beautiful venue for their wedding. It was truly a life-changing experience, not only for my husband and me, but for all of our guests. We traveled all the way from Wisconsin for our destination wedding and hosted 53 guests. Every single person was amazed by the venue's beauty, the exceptional service from the staff, and the overall grace of the entire event. I cannot thank Alia enough for her coordination and for ensuring our day ran perfectly. As a bride, her calm and positive demeanor was a true breath of fresh air. She paid incredible attention to detail and made sure our day ran smoothly and flawlessly. She is amazing to work with!! Our officiant, Rev. Nelson, was phenomenal, along with our photographer, TheelProductions, and our videographer, Redefined Weddings. From the servers and the bar staff to the DJ, every member of the team made a significant difference and excelled at what they did. If you are considering Sunset Ranch, absolutely do it!

We got married at Sunset Ranch in early October and we could not have been happier with our experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ronda, who was responsive, attentive and reliable. Ronda helped take our ideas and make them a reality. On our wedding day, Ronda was extremely on top of things, which allowed us to just focus on the day. She managed all the venue coordination and ensured everything went to plan. The venue itself was perfect and we had numerous guests tell us that it exceeded their already high expectations for a Hawaii wedding. If we could do it all over again, we would pick Sunset Ranch and Ronda again without hesitation.
