About this venue
The Beacon is a historic event venue in downtown Topeka, housed in the former Topeka Woman’s Club building. Restored to its 1920s eclectic elegance and located just down the block from the Kansas Statehouse, The Beacon spans more than 25,000 square feet across three floors. It offers multiple, character-rich spaces—including a theater for ceremonies, a speakeasy-style Founders Room lounge and a third-floor ballroom with twin balconies and city views.

Elegant and Timeless with Staff Who Care
The Beacon staff are great with communication and care so deeply about their couples. The venue is beautiful, and the cocktail bar is unique and original! I am in love with the elegant and timeless feel of The Beacon. Shelby, one of the owners, was so attentive to my recent bride.
