For more intimate celebrations, the Harborside Lawn offers a secluded waterfront haven framed by soft breezes, swaying grasses, and the peaceful rhythm of the water. Whether at sunset or beneath a canopy of stars, each ceremony space becomes a living portrait—an elegant, natural backdrop that enhances every moment of your “I do.”

It is the ideal space for larger groups looking for a stunning backdrop. Guests are required to reserve a minimum of three cottages (cottages 1, 2 & 3) for exclusive access to hold an event on the Grand Lawn. This allows us to ensure your event is a private affair.

Waterfront event space with gorgeous views overlooking the Charleston Harbor. This lawn space lies behind Harbor View Cottages 4, 5, & 6. Perfect for an intimate ceremony, crab broil rehearsal dinner, and mix and mingle cocktail party. Guests are required to reserve a min. of three cottages (cottages 4, 5 & 6) for exclusive access to hold an event on this lawn. Guests will enter the Harbor-side lawn space through your designated Cottage. This allows us to ensure your event is a private affair.
