The Arbor House is moody yet refined, holding a quiet gravity with steeped wood walls offset by bright white walls on the northwest side. Grand chandeliers cast a golden glow across antique tables and worn leather chairs, while at its heart stands an enchanted tree whose branches stretch into the rafters where flowers are woven overhead, creating a living canopy that shifts with the seasons. Along the windows, vignettes of antique settees and side tables invite guests to linger, offering intimate corners for conversation and pause. If you’ve stepped into our Shoppe, then you already know The Arbor House. The same attention to detail, atmosphere, and artistry you’ve felt there now extends into a space designed to hold your gathering. We have carefully cleared the way for events to take place here, yet the style and ambiance remain intact, carrying forward the character that has made this house beloved for years.

The Arbor House blends moody elegance with refined charm: steeped wood walls, glowing chandeliers, and antique tables beneath a living canopy of flowers woven through an enchanted tree. Guests linger in window vignettes with settees and side tables, then drift to the adjoining Rosewood where bistro lights sway over swings and tables. Designed with artistry and atmosphere, it’s a timeless space now open for gatherings.

The Arbor House at The Kinlands has so many special touches. From the dried florals hanging from the rafters to a large seasonal tree, it really has that Kinlands magic that I've always loved about their shoppe. I really like the offered catering space in the back as well... that is just so convenient!
