    I cannot recommend this venue enough! Clarissa and Rob treated us so well from the first tour we took all throughout the year and a half of planning to the day of our wedding reception. We booked a Sunday package and while we were a little worried about people from the previous wedding being out on time for our guests to be accommodated, they did an amazing job keeping us in the loop with updates. We were granted access early morning (as promised) to start decor and we used so much from their decor barn which was a great extra! Seth went above and beyond, even when he had to stay to cover the night manager last minute. He ran the golf carts for us, bartended, and was totally on top of everything that came his way! We cannot thank The Oaks team enough for making our day go as smooth as possible and have everything ready to go in such a small turnaround! Being able to wake up and have breakfast with our family in the cabin area is extremely worth booking this overnight venue.

    We got married at The Oaks at High Hill this past weekend and it was truly the most beautiful venue we could have asked for. The property has everything you need, and the scenery is breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire weekend. Our coordinator, Kym was amazing—we couldn’t have done the weekend without her, the guests and wedding party haven’t stopped talking about how good she was! Having the cabins onsite for our wedding party was a total game changer and made the whole weekend feel seamless and special. Getting married under the oak tree was absolutely picture-perfect. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free place to celebrate their big day!

    BRIDES BEWARE My sisters wedding was this past Friday at The Oaks at High Hill and while the venue is beautiful, I urge you to not use their wedding "coordinator" Presley. We did receive a partial refund for her services but you can not redo someone's special day. Let me preface this by saying she is very friendly this is not a personal attack just my personal experience. 1. She arrived late on wedding day 2. We had to ask where vendors were 3. Grooms lunch was late 4. She did not direct photographers 5. We had previously asked for assistance with clean up during cocktail hour and after dinner that was not given. 6. She spent a good amount of time behind the bar. 7. We found out we were her first ever wedding as it was happening. Which should have been discussed before we hired her. 8. I did not see her for most of the evening. Nor did the guests. I missed so much of the wedding because I was acting partially as coordinator. This is time with my family and sister I can't get back, I am truly disappointed and we did not receive day of planning services as described. Had we known that this was her first wedding we would have never proceeded with hiring her through the venue and would have found an outside professional.

    Everything was amazing! It was perfect to have a few days to relax, decorate, enjoy patio night, and celebrate our wedding. Staff was super accommodating. We had a rainy day and they completely transformed inside to be perfect! So many of my guests were shocked by the transformation. Since it was so rainy, towels were being used like crazy. Staff was going out of their way to collect and clean our towels almost everyday. Everyone was super easy to contact as well. I had the owners personal number and each cabin is provided with a service phone number that all staff has access to.
