Welcome to The Springs! From the beautiful mountain views to the 10,000 sq ft climate controlled barn, you will find so much to love about The Springs. We can host up to 250 of your family and friends. The Springs is located in Middle Tennessee on 120 acres of farmland surrounded by 3,500 feet of Pine Creek. It would be an honor for our family to meet you and discuss your ideas and help create the wedding of your dreams.

The Springs at Hale Family Farm Wedding and Event Center was an absolute joy to work with as a vendor. Their communication style was open, accommodating, and exciting throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was roomy, beautiful, and offered lots of options to make our special day truly unique. As a vendor, I witnessed the interaction between the brides-to-be and their families, and everyone left with smiles. The Springs at Hale Family Farm Wedding and Event Center is the perfect venue for our special day. The staff has been quick to respond, respectful, genuine, and incredibly welcoming. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - the clean, modern design and breathtaking views make it worth every single penny. As a June 2026 bride, they have helped me in every single way, making the planning process so much easier. This was truly the most perfect venue for our wedding, and absolutely cannot wait for our special day!

This venue and event center is gorgeous. Tara & Mike really put their heart into this place and you can tell. It’s big, bright, and so pretty. They have all the amenities needed for the big day (or event) and offer very reasonable packaging.

Yes. You are more than welcome to use your own caterer. We have a list of local caterers that we can provide also. The caterer needs to be licensed and insured.

Yes. We offer from elopement to a full capacity of 250 people wedding. We also offer different prices for different days. Let us know what your ideas are and we will work to help you.

Yes. When booking, you can select a package that includes the day before for rehearsal, dinner and decorating if you would like.

We don’t have accommodations here on property, but we have a list of places as close as 4 minutes away from us and will be glad to help with that.

No matter the weather conditions, our Pavilion is covered and our barn is fully climate controlled for any season. We can provide you with a beautiful wedding 12 months out of the year.

Alcohol must be provided by a licensed and insured bartender.

Yes. We have plenty of parking directly in front of the venue.

We provide handicap accessible facilities.

Yes. We require event insurance for the entirety of your event.

Your down payment is non-refundable. However if something happens and you need to change your date, as long as the date is available we will be glad to change the date.

We are about 75 miles East of Nashville BNA Airport.

Anywhere from 8-13 hours depending on the package you choose. And if that needs to be changed, we will be glad to discuss options.

Unless otherwise noted in your contract, you get the Pavilion, Barn, Bride and Groom Quarters, Patios, Fire pit, any of The Springs decor, Warming Kitchen, Tables and Chairs (we do set up and take down of tables and chairs), Table Cloths, Games - (Checkers, Corn Hole, Connect Four and Putter Golf). We ask that all garbage be placed in cans and we handle all other cleaning. And the beautiful scenery!!!!!
