About this venue
Up the Creek Farms is an all-inclusive venue sitting on eight acres of secluded property with a beautiful oak canopy, a creek, and lots of Old Florida charm with so many locations for an outdoor ceremony! A 140-year-old farmhouse has been restored as a bed and breakfast available for the bridal party. A classic wood-framed air-conditioned barn with an outdoor deck is available to host receptions with a rustic blank canvas to style any event. Bathrooms, prep kitchen, decor, and a gorgeous bridal suite are also provided. Our dedicated team will provide the attention to detail and expertise required for such a special event, arranging meetings and tastings for you on sight while overseeing the entire wedding process, which includes: planning, florals, design, and décor. This allows clients to plan their dream event with zero stress.

The Boathouse
A sensational space for receptions. Walk through the Oak trees to the Boathouse, enter through an open-air porch into a classic rustic barn venue.
Polished concrete floors, natural exposed wood rafters, and two grand sliding barn doors contribute to the southern character of the space. Crystal chandeliers add the touch of elegance required for a sophisticated rustic wedding. Gaze outside the French Doors to dramatic views of the property. A porch to the east delivers a nice creek breeze. A custom bar is accessible inside and from the outdoor deck. Our stately boathouse provides a clean, versatile backdrop for any style event.

Cocktail Deck & Patio
The outdoor patio on the deck of the Boathouse overlooks the grand lawn and provides guests with an enjoyable, breezy place to sip and see.
Quench your guests' palettes with a southern-style cocktail hour serving signature drinks passed through a pulley style bar window. Encourage some friendly competition with a classic game of cornhole on our expansive lawn or lounge and relax by our signature fire pit.

Oak Cathedral
The most romantic place to host your ceremony under our sweeping old oak trees.
The Oak Cathedral is a shaded canopy with sweeping vistas of the entire property. The centrally located stone patio, surrounded by beautifully manicured ferns and low profile lighting, provides an elegant setting to share your vows. Handcrafted farmhouse benches and classic white garden chairs are provided. Or, kick-off your party underneath the trees! The Oak Cathedral can easily be utilized as a breezy, beautiful, cocktail or lounge space.

The Point
The Point is secluded and whimsical – surrounded by sweeping oaks overlooking our famous creek, making it a perfect place for an intimate ceremony.
Nestled along Goat Creek, an estuary to the Indian River Lagoon, The Point is a natural peninsula of land at the base of Up the Creek Farms. Surrounded by water, The Point offers the most intimate and secluded ceremony space on the property, as well as a natural, picturesque setting for engagement photos.

Decklan House
This charming historic home combines old & new, giving you & your wedding party a relaxing place to sip champagne & get ready for your special day.
An 1878 Farmhouse has been beautifully updated as a Bed & Breakfast. Sitting perched on a hill, and up the creek, the two-story cracker style home’s southern details boast old Florida character inside and out. The hardwood plank floors are accented with both antique and updated furniture and décor. French doors open to porches on every side of the home to reveal many breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The Perfect Wedding Day at Up the Creek Farms
Getting married at Up the Creek Farms in Malabar, FL was truly the best decision we could have made and hands down the best day of my life. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, the planning process was seamless. The team at Up the Creek Farms was incredibly organized, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. They made what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting, and I always felt supported and understood. When I walked in on our wedding day and saw the cocktail hour setup and reception space for the first time, I was completely blown away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, they brought my vision to life in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Every detail was perfect. On the day of the wedding, the team handled absolutely everything. There was not a single moment where I was looking around wondering what was next or if something needed to be done, they had it all covered from start to finish. Because of that, both my family and I were able to truly relax, be fully present, and soak in every moment of the day. I also want to give a very special thank you to the incredible individuals who made our day so perfect: Jess, who led the planning and coordinating so seamlessly, along with Kiryn, Clare, and Brittany, who were all incredibly involved and supportive throughout the entire process. Tammy, who handled all of the catering, absolutely knocked it out of the park, and Lauren, who created the most stunning floral designs that tied everything together beautifully. Each of them played such an important role in making our wedding day unforgettable. I truly don’t even know how to put into words how thankful I am for how exceptional this team is at what they do. I would recommend Up the Creek Farms without hesitation to anyone looking for a venue that will exceed expectations and allow you to fully enjoy your wedding day. The best decision we made for our wedding was choosing Up the Creek Farms. We had our micro wedding there, and it was the most perfect day. Because they are all-inclusive, they handled EVERYTHING—which took all the planning stress off our plates so we could just enjoy the excitement. The wedding planning team is truly out of this world. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable in every single aspect. The grounds are stunning, the food was amazing, and the florals were fresh and breathtaking. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the venue and the staff. Whether you are planning a small micro wedding or a large celebration, you will not be disappointed. They made our day everything we dreamed of and more!
