The 2,500 square-foot outdoor terrace is perfect for celebrations, featuring built-in speakers to keep the music flowing for your dance party. If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, take a seat on the balcony above the terrace or unwind in a rocking chair on the peaceful balcony, soaking in the serene surroundings. The spacious 2,000 square-foot reception hall comfortably accommodates over a hundred guests, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. In addition to the main areas, the estate includes a 2,000 square-foot basement and a paved 2,400 square-foot patio, providing additional versatile spaces for your event.
