Yes. Professional audio recording is used during the ceremony and key reception moments to ensure vows and speeches are clearly captured and incorporated into your film when applicable.

My approach is documentary-inspired and story-driven. I focus on genuine moments as they naturally unfold, with light direction when needed to keep things relaxed and authentic. The goal is timeless imagery and films that feel true to who you are.

Do you help with the wedding day timeline?

Yes. Timeline guidance is included with every wedding collection. I work with you (and your planner, if applicable) to ensure the day flows smoothly and allows time for meaningful moments without feeling rushed.

Can I request a specific song in my video?

I understand the want for this, as some songs may have significance to your story. I cannot guarantee that I may be able to obtain a specific song, as copyright laws prohibit me from using content for commercial use. However, it is possible to obtain the appropriate licenses for a specific song. If you request a song, I will do my best to obtain the required license for you. Otherwise, I ask that my clients understand the nature of my creativity and allow me the selection of audio that I feel best fits your day.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates. I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a personalized experience.

Absolutely. I’m based in East Tennessee and frequently travel throughout the Tri-Cities, Knoxville, and Western North Carolina. Travel within a set radius is included, and custom travel quotes are available for destination weddings and elopements.

When will we receive our photos and film?

Photo galleries are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks. Wedding films are aimed to be delivered within a similar timeframe. While it is always in my best interest to be as swift as possible, no exact window is guaranteed due to the time of year, workload, volume, etc. I aim for a quality over quantity approach.
