Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.
