For the past 18 years Katharine has turned her farm, Fox Hill Farm in Honesdale PA, into a flower farm and event venue; using it as a base for her floral business. My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well.
