“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“Working with Kandid Art was overall a great experience! They showed up on time and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Though the wedding ran a bit behind, they were flexible. The photos turned out beautiful, and they got creative with the locations given the cold, rainy weather. They even got some funny shots of the kids at the wedding that are some of my favorites! The video was also good, although I don't love that they had to use like stock music for the background (I guess it's because of copyright issues with other songs?). I wish they would have included audio of the vows rather than the cheers of the attendees, so make sure you ask them to do that if you want it! I do love that they provided us with all the raw video footage though, as some of the most special moments didn't make the highlight video. Due to the event running behind, the cost increased a bit (which I was asked about after the wedding) due to the 2 photographers needing to split up to cover the shots. I wish they had asked me or the Wedding Coordinator about that on the day of so we could understand better what was the issue, but it was a minor thing in terms of communication. Overall 8/10 rating and would recommend.”

I felt super comfortable with Gabe which was very important to me because I'm camera-shy and awkward. He was very down to earth and easy to work with. Also, though he is based in PA he traveled to NY for our wedding and did an amazing job. We even travelled to PA for an engagement session, which I initially had no plans on doing - but those photos came out great as well and we had a lot of fun doing those to get warmed up. Strongly recommend Gabe, he's the best!”

“I cannot recommend Laura enough to photograph your special day! Laura was our wedding photographer this past June and was such a pleasure to work with. While in the process of picking a photographer, Laura and I chatted over Zoom and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy Laura was to talk to, as well as how organized she seemed with her planning. Leading up to the wedding Laura was very communicative and answered all my questions immediately. The day of the wedding she arrived right on time and was incredibly organized. Her second photographer, Bia, was also a pleasure to work with. She was professional and fun- the kids in our wedding party loved Bia and she was able to capture amazing pictures. My fiance and I were somewhat dreading all the group photos that a wedding entails, however Laura ran this process so smoothly we actually had fun taking the photos! We were blown away with the end results. The photos came out absolutely beautiful. Laura captured all the feelings of our special day in every one of her photos. We also received SO many photographs- quite impressive considering I barely even noticed Laura taking pictures while I was so wrapped up in the day. I have zero complaints and only wonderful things to say about Laura. I sincerely hope to work with her again one day!”

“Amber is AMAZING! Like truly hands down an outstanding photographer. I have never done a photoshoot and was largely inexperienced when it comes to pose ideas, preparation and knowing what to expect. Amber photographed my wedding and maternity shoot and came prepared with props, poses, creativity, and ideas. She asked in advance if I had any poses I specifically wanted and then delivered all I wanted AND MORE. She’s incredibly professional and she prepared in advance so it was easy for her to maneuver us from pose to pose quickly and efficiently. Her creativity with a camera helped her to see additional poses on the fly that I hadn’t even considered, and the pictures came out wonderfully. I cannot recommend her enough, 11/10 experience.
