There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. I worked at a 5-star resort (Nemacolin), Hershey Hotel, Bricco (Upscale Mediterranean), The Left Bank, and Country Club of York. I have 15 years of experience in both banquet and à la carté service.
