“I came to your team 6 weeks out from my wedding after a bad experience at a previous hair and makeup trial with another vendor, feeling very sensitive and nervous about how hair and makeup with another team would go. After a perfect trial with Heather and Suzy, I was so relieved and confident about working with them on my wedding day. After the trial, I made a last minute change on my hairstyle for the wedding by deciding I wanted a flower crown, and took a leap of faith in hoping that Suzy would be able to help put it on me during a very tight window as a surprise for the ceremony. I mean it to my core when I say that I could not be more elated about how it all turned out. Suzy absolutely crushed it. Heather completely understood what I was asking for and flawlessly executed it. They both listened to my requests and feedback without judgement and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that they both heard me when I let them know I was introverted and probably would want to use my hair and makeup time as a social battery recharge opportunity rather than engaging. I really felt like they respected this and did not take it personally, and I never had to remind them of it. I did a trial with Lauren a few months before my wedding which was really nice to go over all the options and discuss the look I was going for. Closer to the wedding day, I decided I wanted to change up the eye makeup palette for the wedding. I reached out to Lauren letting her know and sent her and inspiration pic. She was so supportive of the change and on the day of she CRUSHED IT. The execution truly exceeded my expectations. Tisha is kind, easy to work with, truly cares about the brides and families she works with, and is very professional. I had about 20-25 ladies that needed to be ready (both hair and make up) by 11:30am that day. Tisha talked to me well in advance to make sure we had the right number of artists, she asked for everyone's hair and make up preference in advance so her team knew what to expect/ supplies to bring, and she works well with everyone from auntie to bridesmaids to bride to flower girl. She kept me consistently updated and did a trial with me to make sure i was comfortable. I highly recommend this vendor if you're a bride looking for someone to have your back.
