Hey, I'm Danielle - I started Say I Do Updos in 2008 when I discovered my passion for hairstyling. While in Cosmetology School, I started assisting another artist already established in the wedding and photography industry, and then trained with extended courses after graduating school to gain the expertise needed to succeed on my own. Having been successful in business for over 17 years!

I first fell in love with makeup at a young age mainly by watching a whole lot of Youtube tutorials. As I grew older, I realized that I absolutely loved applying makeup on other people (even more than on myself)! I was a "self-taught" makeup artist booking weddings & events for a few years, but still wanting to grow my skill. In 2016, I finally became certified in Makeup Artistry in Los Angeles, California, and expanded my horizons by doing photoshoots, headshots, and projects with other creatives.
