First Zola review! The short and sweet review of this venue is that it was perfect. If it’s details you’re looking for, then we have those for you too. Prior to getting engaged, we had discussed what our ideal wedding day would look like and had both agreed that a mountain-top ceremony was what we both envisioned. For the moment we turned into the Pat’s Peak parking lot and saw the beautifully maintained grounds, rustic ski-village inspired buildings, and cozy lodge we had a feeling we had found our wedding venue. The wedding team at Pat’s Peak was incredible to work with, helping us through every single step and answering every question we threw their way. A huge standout to us as a couple was how accommodating they were of our requests and the level of personal touches we were permitted to do which made our day extra special. While it is of course important to hear what the bride and groom thought of the venue, an aspect we’d like to add to this review is what our guests thought. It’s been two weeks exactly since our wedding at Pat’s Peak and we’re still receiving non-stop compliments from our guests on the venue we chose. We opted for the summit ceremony and we will remember that chairlift ride and view from the top as we got married for the rest of our lives. The weather was perfect for us (which we know is not always the case) but a BIG reason we picked Pat’s Peak is because we liked the weather back up options that were provided to us. Our guests RAVED about the chairlift ride to the top for the ceremony and the scenic ride down for the reception. Special call out here for the lift operators who went above and beyond to be friendly and genuinely excited for our big day. As the bride and groom, we loved the ability to set up lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole on the deck that provided the perfect environment for guests to enjoy a cocktail, mingle, and connect during cocktail hour and the reception. We opted for a buffet style meal, which provided more than enough food for our guest count of around 100. Everything from the apps, buffet dinner, s’mores bar and ice cream sundae bar was absolutely delicious. To wrap this review up, we’d like to call out Pat’s Peak staff including Brigid and Mary Beth. These two (including our bartenders, and the rest of the amazing staff) worked tirelessly in perfect coordination with our vendors to make sure our day was completely perfect and ran smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and hard work. Prior to our wedding, we had no connection or tie to Pat’s Peak but now, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. If you’re considering Pat’s Peak and looking for a quaint, rustic, and inexplicably cozy wedding venue, we’ve found it.

My husband and I got married at Lake Shore Village Resort in May 2025, and it was the wedding weekend of our dreams. If you want a venue where everyone can stay together, relax, and celebrate in one beautiful lakeside location, LSVR is it. We wanted a camp-style but elevated experience, and LSVR delivered beyond expectations. Marissa, our coordinator, was amazing: organized, calm, and on top of every detail. Even when rain forced us to move our ceremony into the tent (along with all the other May/June Saturday brides in New England), she and the team handled it flawlessly and the ceremony and reception ended up feeling incredibly intimate and special. We had 130 guests on-site for three days of pickleball tournaments, a pizza welcome party, kayaking, volleyball, and an after-party bonfire (thanks to Leif, who kept the fire going all night). The farewell pancake breakfast hosted by Michael and his wife was the perfect ending to the weekend. We cannot recommend this venue or team enough. Our guests are still talking about it and so are we. Thank you Marissa and LSVR!! We can't wait to come back one day!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Rosewood Country Inn as a wedding venue. This venue is special in that you get the entire 11-room inn for the weekend (Fri-Sun), and so we were able to have our closest friends and family staying with us, which was a blast! The inn offers a beautiful country setting on the outside that is perfect for an outdoor ceremony. We held ours at the gazebo in the courtyard, which was surrounded by beautiful trees and scenery that make for gorgeous pictures. The dining hall of the inn hosts the reception, and is perfect for an intimate and stylish dining experience that then morphs a dance floor! The food is excellent (Stan's stuffed french toast can't be missed), not only for the reception but the rehearsal dinner and breakfasts on Sat and Sun. Stan and Odo are extremely kind and gracious hosts, who let us make our wedding truly our own!

We would 1000% recommend Windsor Mountain. The camp is beautiful, but we have to start with the staff. Gabby, our point person, was the kindest and most thoughtful human. We loved working with her. When we first toured the camp, we were sold not only by the setting, but by the fact that we would get to plan our weekend with her. In the months leading up to the wedding, we had a few meetings with Gabby to go over details and talk through our vision. She shared a full Google Drive for us with FAQs, room spreadsheets, food menus and more. We also attended a food tasting in the summer and got to tour the camp again. On the Friday morning before the wedding, we met with her and handed off everything. She and the entire camp staff took it from there so we did not have to think about a single thing all weekend. We had a perfect weekend. The staff were incredible, the food was delicious and our guests had so much fun. The location itself is stunning. The lake, the trees, the ceremony site, the cabins and buildings, open fields etc. made the entire camp feel peaceful, scenic and special. The lakefront treehouse for the couple to stay in is also beautiful. They have a solid rain plan, they worked with us to stay within our food budget and the activities are endless. There are a variety of cabins for guests and a house for those who may need extra amenities, such as elderly guests or parents with infants. Guests loved having access to the lake, zip line, ropes course, walking trails, etc. Windsor Mountain is amazing and we are so grateful we chose it.

Cardigan Lodge is THE place if you want to spend quality time with your people on your wedding day. We had guests come up Friday afternoon and they stayed through Sunday morning which allowed us to meaningfully connect with each of our guests. A favorite moment was early Saturday morning drinking coffee and puzzling by the fireplace before the commotion of wedding day began. Every meal was excellent and accommodated a large variety of dietary restrictions. The AMC staff was happy to help and executed each task we asked of them with care and attention to detail. Carter (business manager) and Skye (lodge manager) were excellent to work with. They were responsive to our questions and set expectations for what the AMC would provide vs. what we would need to coordinate from the start. For us, the lodge was a blank slate and, with the AMC's help, we made my lofty vision a reality. But really, Cardigan Lodge is beautiful as is and the mountains and forest provide a stunning backdrop on their own. Where do I start? From the very beginning Kim and her team at Hyla Brook Estate were always nice and answered all questions even if I asked soo many!! They had made wedding day smooth even though we were a little crazy. From the table setups, to the small things that had to be changed last minute. They just absolutely killed it, the venue is stunning, the team members are absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints! They are pros no matter what you throw at them. They created my wedding day welcome mirror, they have an amazing something borrowed collection, amazing makeup/hair room, so many photo locations on site, they coordinated well with my vendors, literally nothing went wrong on my wedding day! Just felt amazing! I would recommend them OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! No regrets! Thank you Kim & her team !

The venue was stunning, I felt like we needed minimal decor because the trees, flowers and barn itself are so beautiful. Karen and Ryan were so lovely to work with, and helped us put together the day of our dreams. They are so great to communicate with, were always quick to respond and helpful in so many ways. We had our wedding at Wolfsburg farm this summer and it was spectacular! The outdoor ceremony location was breathtaking and the barn for the reception had that perfect rustic charm. The venue has PLENTY of space which makes for an amazing cocktail hour / hangout section. They set up a lounge space with rugs and chairs for our guests to hangout in and it was a big hit. The view from the field is GORGEOUS especially at sunset. We opted for the weekend package so our guests could camp overnight and hanging out with friends by the fire as the night winded down was something we will always cherish. Ashleigh and Andrew made the whole day so special and easy. Ashleigh helped with planning needs and coordinated everything so we didn’t have to focus on anything except enjoying our day. I can’t recommend this venue enough. You will have an amazing day you will never forget here.

The Quechee Inn was absolutely the right choice for us. The staff was so attentive and helpful the entire weekend, from housekeeping, to the servers, bartenders, and everyone in between. They helped with some custom elements of our wedding like a private rehearsal dinner, entering the ceremony on a bike, and supporting guests with allergies in the menu/dinner service. All of our friends and family loved the quaint, cozy rooms. The landscaping was well cared for which helped make for the perfect backdrop to our entire event, including a wonderful outdoor cocktail hour. Our venue was our first and most important choice when we started planning our wedding. We didn't want to feel rushed and loved that this space was ours for the whole weekend. I can't say enough about the natural beauty and peacefulness of this location. The mountains on the horizon, surrounded by serene forests with no road traffic or noise was blissful. This is a must for comfort and relaxation leading up to your wedding day - in my opinion. All the facilities are kept very clean and ready to use. My bridal party and close family loved staying on site at the cozy farmhouse. Jazz and Adam were amazing hosts and we enjoyed working with them during planning and the weekend of our wedding. Jazz is a 'get things done' kind of person and that is such a huge relief and comfort on your wedding day and when planning. We would pick Whiteface Hollow for our wedding venue over and over again.

Getting married at the Stevens Estate was the best decision we made! The venue is absolutely beautiful, but the best part of the entire experience was working with Helen! Helen made the planning process so easy for us. She is so great to work with and so detail orientated. She brought all of our visions to life and made sure everything went according to plan. She created back up plans in case of unexpected events such as rain and really thought through everything. On the day of, we really had no stress because of the work Helen and her team put in. We had a unique wedding ceremony where we had a traditional ceremony followed immediately by a Persian ceremony, and Helen made sure everything followed our customized timeline. She even personally oversaw all of the Persian Ceremony decorations/set up to ensure our valuable items were set up perfectly and packed up safely. In addition to Helen, we also had a lot of other people with Stevens Estate who made sure our day was perfect. One was our day-of wedding attendant who was so attentive! She went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were getting everything we needed on the day of. If you want a beautiful wedding venue with an incredible team and amazing food we can’t recommend Stevens Estate enough. The night before and the day of the wedding, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Vanessa, who resides on site at Veasey Park, made our planning and event execution a total breeze! Her recommendations for bartender and tent/event setup were exactly what we needed. They were attentive and professional. Everyone we encountered in planning and holding our event were so easy to get in touch with, and Vanessa walked us through every step of the way. If you love a beautiful outdoor setting like we do, this historical park is for you! The grounds are stunning, complete with an old 1920’s hunting lodge built by the Veasey family. The park offers stunning views of the lake below, a great playground for young guests to enjoy, and if you time your event correctly, you will find the local farmer bringing his goats in to graze on the abundant vegetation. This venue really focuses on maintaining the natural beauty of the property, both inside and out! If you are looking for a cozier, cooler weather setup, just look to the gorgeous hunting lodge with it’s beautiful hardwood floors and stone chimneys! It was an absolute dream, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choosing Veasey Park for a wedding party!

My husband and I visited Scott Farm on two occasions before our June 2025 wedding and will continue to treasure it as a destination. The staff, especially Suzanne Tessitore, are absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us produce the (slightly alternative) wedding of our dreams. Our 80 guests could comfortably gather in the Apple Barn, by the brook, and at Naulakha for our send-off brunch the morning after. The natural beauty and calm of Dummerston combined with the beautiful, quirky features of the property like the stone walls and cafe bar really made the whole event feel like an escape from reality. We were able to rent all the houses on the property for ourselves and our immediate families, which was a great way to spend lots of time together (and have help close by on set-up day!). It was personally meaningful to me as a native Vermonter to share this state with our people, especially at a venue that encapsulates so many of the values and features that I love about it. I could go on and on! Some more key points: - We were a very (very) DIY couple and appreciated the control we were given for space usage, setup, and flow of the day -- we did not need a lot of hand-holding and we never felt like we were being "managed" - I have a family member who uses a wheelchair and he was able to get around the Apple Barn and surrounding grounds just fine - We ordered apple cider doughnuts from the farm as part of our wedding dessert and they were A - The vendors that Scott Farm suggested to us were all great, and as someone easily overwhelmed by decision fatigue I appreciated that in this relatively remote area there weren't too many options - Many of our guests were LGBTQIA and (not surprisingly for Vermont) were very comfortable - My father in law wanted to bake sourdough bread for our welcome dinner and Suzanne brought us her personal dutch oven for him to use!?! I would recommend Scott Farm as a venue for anyone looking for a naturally beautiful, simple venue highlighting the Vermont landscape and local food economy. We will treasure these memories forever.
