His journey has taken him far, now a successful restaurant owner in Santa Barbara, you can still find Chef Dalan volunteering to cook for community non-profits, teaching cooking classes about plant-based nutrition for the youth and elderly, or shopping at the farmer’s market supporting local produce vendors.
