Today, his grandson Derek McFarlin has carefully restored the original structures and reimagined the land into a timeless space for modern celebrations. Guiding the vision of the property is Derek’s wife, Olia Zavozina, an internationally recognized bridal designer whose gowns have been worn by celebrities, public figures, and brides across the world.
