I'm the owner and Lead designer here at Dahlia Floral Design. I'm an enneagram 4, dog mom, and coffee enthusiast. I have been working with flowers for 7 years now and it has been an absolute joy. Soon after starting my flower journey, I quickly realized that plants and flowers were a big time passion for me. Each floral creation is so much more than flowers, it is artwork. This artwork being a part of people's most important times in life is why I do what I do.

Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I originally started in flowers 20 years ago, but left the industry to try other things. After spending 11 years in the corporate world, I got my private investigators license in San Antonio. After sometime I rediscovered my love for flowers and seeing people in love and that is what brings us here today. I live in Boerne, TX, with my flower puppy, Oliver.
