The Bentwood Inn is a charming bed and breakfast-wedding venue located within the Greater Yellowstone area of Jackson, Wyoming. Here, couples can stage their dream day surrounded by natural beauty, attentive staff, and an array of amenities.

TL;DR: The Bentwood Inn is a truly special place to get married—a 1000/10 experience, and one we’ll treasure forever. The longer version: We knew we wanted an intimate, destination-style wedding, and after visiting the Bentwood Inn for the first time this past summer, it just felt right. Nestled beneath the Tetons, the property offers a quiet, peaceful escape while still being close to everything that makes Jackson Hole so incredible. We planned our wedding in under three months while living in another state, which sounds a little wild in hindsight. But thanks to the Bentwood team, the entire process felt surprisingly calm and manageable. Looking back, we truly couldn’t be happier with how the day—and the full experience—went. We reserved the entire inn for three nights for a small wedding with less than 30 guests, with everyone staying on-site. Having everyone together in one place was one of the most meaningful parts of our weekend. Instead of everything feeling rushed, we were able to spend quality time with our closest family and friends—sharing meals, catching up, and exploring the beauty of Jackson Hole together. For a December wedding, we were incredibly lucky with the weather: sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s. We spent nights around the fire pit and stargazing, as our weekend coincided with the Geminids meteor shower. We stayed in the Grand Suite, which we can’t recommend enough for couples. It’s spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a large living area and full kitchen that made getting ready on the wedding day easy. It was the perfect home base for such an important weekend. I (the bride) got ready in the Grand Suite, while my fiancé (now husband) stayed in the Chalet on our wedding day. The Chalet is just off the back lawn and was the perfect way to keep us separate while still feeling close, adding an extra layer of excitement and intention to the day. On the wedding day itself, the Bentwood crew handled everything with such care and ease that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. One thing we really appreciated was how much inventory and décor the venue already has on hand—tables, chairs, place settings, and more—which removed so much extra coordination and stress. At the same time, there’s plenty of flexibility to add your own personal touches. We used mostly Bentwood’s décor, with a few meaningful additions of our own, and everything came together beautifully. We held our ceremony on the back deck, followed by appetizers and dinner in the great room, all prepared and served in-house. The food was outstanding and the chef and staff exceeded our expectations. Since the weather stayed mild, we did our first dances out on the deck, followed by a little line dancing under the stars. We opted to create our own playlists and use the Bentwood’s sound system instead of hiring a DJ, which gave the evening a personal, relaxed feel that we loved. More than anything, what sets the Bentwood Inn apart is the people. The team is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience meaningful. They treated us and our guests like family, and that level of care was felt throughout the entire weekend. We already know we’ll be coming back to this magical place for years to come! The Bentwood Inn isn’t just where we got married—it’s a place that will always hold a very special piece of our hearts.
