My eyelash came off and I wanted to cry at city hall but she not only made me happy but went to Walgreens to get eye glue lash! That is the type of all hats on board she and her team are. When they had down time before the reception, they even offered to help out non-picture wise wherever they could! She also sends little gifts and surprises but I won’t spoil it. There is one BIG surprise she does at the end but I won’t spoil that either lol. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She absolutely understood my vision despite me being unable to articulate it at all. On the day of the wedding, she was on time, professional, and fit in right away with our family. She gave direction (that we needed) without being overbearing. She captured so many special moments that I didn't even realize she was photographing until I looked at the photos later.
