We work in a variety of cuisines, from New American to Cajun to Southeast Asian; accommodate all diets, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian; and are proud to partner with local farms and purveyors throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jillicious! My husband and I are major foodies so we knew we didn’t want to have standard wedding food at our reception. We started searching for wedding caterers that would work with us to customize the perfect menu for our wedding day. Jillicious did not disappoint! We worked with Chef Jill to put together the most delicious menu of both apps and main courses. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. It honestly rivaled many of our favorite restaurants in NYC. In addition to the food, Chef Jill and her staff were amazing. They were so responsive throughout the whole wedding process and offered so many great recommendations. On the wedding day, the staff were very helpful with getting the rentals in order, setting up the tables, etc. We also had some guests thank us for how allergy conscious the wedding and staff were. We're so grateful to Jillicious for bringing our vision to life and couldn’t recommend them more! They truly contributed to an absolutely perfect wedding day!

Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

We have been fortunate to work with chef Lemaire on several occasions. First at my wedding, my anniversary dinner and more recently at my sister destination wedding. Each of the experiences was beyond excellent! His menu choices are extensive. The dishes are delicious and creative. Chef lemaire is always professional , on time , work clean always leaves his kitchen spotless and relates well with the guests to the point where each time I'm hosting the guests always ask if he would be the Chef of the day. Most importantly, chef Lemaire truly strives to create the experience that the client wants starting from the tasting till the day of the event. Highest praise for Chef Lemaire and we look forward to working with him again and again.

Our aim is to take you back to the streets of Lagos with the Jolasjollof, and if you have never been to Lagos you can enjoy what the Nigerian party Jollof tastes like. It’s cooked with parboiled rice in a mixture of carefully selected peppers to give you that authentic taste of Nigerian Jollof. Looking forward to bringing our flavors to your next event!

Jolas Kitchen catered at our wedding on December 27th. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jola, she was so communicative, and made excellent recommendations and suggestions, which was so helpful to me as a first time bride who had never planned such a large event before. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation, and the care and attentiveness of chef Jola and her team. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Highly recommend!
