“Having to deal with planning a birthday party with over 50 guests really shook me. Also, wanted guests to enjoy themselves without getting too unruly. Further, hoped to enjoy the party myself. Hiring a professional bartender and wait staff was a great way to go. Kim (the bartender) is personable, fun, and would not serve anyone from going overboard. A lot off my mind if they were driving.
