We had our wedding here on 10.26.2024 and it was the most magical, perfect day. The venue/planning team was so kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process (we booked the venue in March of ‘22 so, many questions were asked). The ‘rental room’ they offer relieves SO much stress of trying to find decorations and signage, I highly recommend adding it. The list of vendors they give you is a BIG help, utilize it. Our event manager was truly wonderful the day of, we are incredibly thankful to have had her help. A special addition to having a wedding here is being able to stay in a treehouse connected to the Grand Barn AND have friends & family stay at the venue the night of the wedding. How neat is it that your guests can just walk back and go to bed after a night of celebration and laughter?! I truly could not imagine a more beautiful venue to get married at. Everything exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Ten Fifty Eight Event Center hosted our wedding shower & reception. We have used both spaces they offer (The Encore room & the ballroom). Their prices were very affordable and also included setup/tear down, linens, and use of their decorations room. The food and alcohol packages were extensive with multiple customizable options offered. Every step of the way, the event coordinator, Bella, communicated expectations professionally and with great detail. Bella was always available for questions and we received quick responses each time. The large dance floor and photo booth were a big hit for guests at our wedding reception. Our wedding turned out to be everything we dreamed of and more! Mary and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help us make our day special. The hall and outdoor space were perfect. The park is lovely and offers so many possibilities for ceremonies. Our gazebo ceremony though was really the fairytale wedding that I have always dreamed of. Whitehall was the perfect choice for our wedding! I was apprehensive about having a big wedding at all and was perfectly content with eloping or going to a courthouse, but ultimately decided to have a wedding for our families and the memories. Julia at Whitehall made this entire experience such a dream for my now-husband and I. She’s the venue coordinator but is also an angel that every bride deserves in the months leading up to her wedding and on her wedding day. She answered every stupid question I had very quickly, and is on top of things with sending emails to remind you about scheduling your rehearsal, nailing down your timelines, etc. One of the best parts about this venue is that you drop all of your decor off on the Tuesday before your wedding and they set everything up for you throughout the week! I literally didn’t have to think about a thing and could just spend the days before relaxing and tying up loose ends! We didn’t even nail down our vision for the centerpieces and most of the decor until 10-14 days before the ceremony, but Julia absolutely nailed it and everything was so beautiful! The day of the wedding, her assistant, Brenda, checked in on us while we got ready to make sure we were doing okay and she was the sweetest and just as organized and on top of it as Julia was. Before, during and after the ceremony, as well as during the reception, Julia checked in with my husband and I so many times to make sure we were okay and got us drinks if we needed it. She took so much off my plate mentally the week of my wedding and that was just so special and I appreciated it in ways I don’t know how to explain in 3500 characters or less. This venue has a caterer that comes with it (Taste of Excellence) who were also great to work with, and not having to make that decision was insanely helpful. I mostly dealt with Mikaela and she was very helpful with all of my questions and even accommodated us to schedule a second food tasting (something I don’t think they normally do) because my parents wanted to completely change the food options after the first tasting lol. Whitehall also has a DJ company included (Selective Sound Entertainment) who were great as well! Their online portal to actually select your song requests is a little dated and, you only get 8 “must play” songs, and the rest are more like suggestions for the DJ during the party but to be honest our DJ Jordan kept it bumping all night and it was SO fun he even had the bartender dancing with us from her station! I really couldn’t imagine doing our wedding anywhere else. I can’t recommend it enough and I’ll scream it into the sky for anyone who will listen!

This historic venue holds 190 guests and has both indoor and outdoor capabilities for ceremonies and receptions. It features marble bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the river, and cocktail space adjacent to the Main Hall. Chateau on the River offers all-inclusive packages which include catering and bar services, event rentals, setup and cleanup. We also provide audio equipment, chairs, tables, chair covers, and a dance floor, as well as all barware, china, and linens. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and parking is available for guests. As well as ceremonies and receptions, they can also host bridal showers, engagement parties, and non-wedding events.

Our experience with The Aviator was better than we could have ever imagined! From the tour of the venue to the day of the wedding everything was so simple and straight forward. Jen was spectacular and helped make everything we could have dreamed of a reality. We dropped all our stuff off the night before and let them do their stuff and it was perfect. We also held our rehearsal dinner here the night before and it was great. The food for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was spectacular! We heard so many great things about the venue and the food from all our guests. If you are thinking about touring and having your wedding here I can't recommend it enough!

We had a great private party at The Hall at St. James. Clay was great to work with and helped line up catering and a photographer. The space had plenty of outlets and allowed us "to make it our own" with color LED lights on the walls and taking advantage of their ceiling-mounted projectors to create a fun dance floor.
