If you love nature and want a fairy garden vibe to your wedding, then choose Palmettos on the Bayou!! We got married under a huge, mossy oak tree, and held our reception on the patio deck that is built around cypress trees and right up on the Bayou (no mosquitos or bugs either!). The wedding coordinator there makes everything so easy and they help guide you along the way. There is a cottage on site you can rent to get ready in, which is so spacious and cute! We got on site at 8am, and didn't have to leave the property until post reception! I seriously couldn't have asked of a better experience and the best part is we get to go back for an anniversary dinner every year. I will always recommend this venue to anyone who asks. 10000/10!!!

I would fully recommend Beau Chene to anyone and everyone. We truthfully had the most perfect day due to the staff and all they did. Ashlee is truthfully a one of a kind and amazing person to work with. If we had to do it all over again, we would pick Beau Chene every single time. All of our guests had an amazing time and could not stop talking about the food. I cannot put into words how truthfully grateful I am that we chose Beau Chene.

The guests at our intimate wedding couldn't stop raving about how perfect The Mazant was for our celebration. We were able to comfortably fit 32 people in the dining room for dinner and enjoyed dancing by the pool and the ceremony in the garden. You definitely need a wedding coordinator to support you on the day of but the house really couldn't be better. They have almost everything you could possibly need including a PA system and games!

Chateau LeMoyne - French Quarter, A Holiday Inn Hotel Is an affordable venue for an intimate venue that will comfortably hold 75-80 guests. Our experience was fantastic from the start. I had no clue what I was doing but requested info from venues on the Knot. This venue was by far the most professional, their info “packet” isn’t a pdf… it’s a website! They were by far the most affordable venue. The space rental includes tables, chairs, high top tables, etc. (which is something you may find you have to ask about the hidden cost of). They contract with Messina’s Catering & Events and our Catering Manager Lauren was a dream to work with! Below I share, a portion of the email I sent to her and Lizzy, the Sales Manager at the venue: “Thank you again for a wonderful wedding weekend! I cannot tell you both what an amazing time we had. We got so many compliments about the venue and the food. Multiple people told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Knowing that we chose not to do a lot of normal wedding traditions and kind of just did our own thing.... I think that really comes down to how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was, and how wonderful all the staff were to all of our guests. Everyone from the valet to the front desk staff, the servers and bartenders, the setup crew, and both of you! Lizzy was so right about the Second Line, I loved it more than I thought I would, and our guests are still raving about it multiple days later. And Lauren you were so supportive of all of our ideas and I truly think I would have gone crazy without you!” Without a doubt one of the best decisions we made was to have our wedding at Chateau LeMoyne! We chose the Chicory because of its beautiful interior, outdoor space option for our ceremony, and the food; and none of it disappointed on the day of our wedding! They offer so many food options and everything was amazing! Our guests are already raving about how delicious the everything was. My biggest concern about planning a wedding without a wedding planner was how things would work day of, but Kimberly and Jenna took care of everything once we arrived at the venue, so I didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying my wedding! We loved everything about the Margaret Place. Communication was easy, the owner was quick with responses and accommodating for all of our questions and needs. The space is very modular so you can change the layout/floorplan to your exact desire. We had the ceremony followed by a second line while they flipped the space for the rehearsal. It was all so streamlined and when we got back the space had a whole different vibe. We had the dance floor in the loung, which made it a little more intimate and it looked amazing! This spacious Art Nouveau-meets-Rock'n'Roll church is perfect for your wedding! (2600 sq. ft.) 1st floor space which includes 3 separate entrances, 3 bathrooms, a huge "Interview With A Vampire"-inspired red and black Ballroom (45x19 ft /850 sq ft) with stage (19x9ft), baby grand piano, guitars, mics/PA, DJ booth, all leading into an open service space (665 sq ft) with antique bar, large kitchen/dining area, a cozy bedroom/dressing room/coatroom, connecting to our screened-in Nouveau Patio (300 sq ft) and lovely private backyard (400 sq ft). Upstairs a 2nd Kitchen/Dining Room and 4th bathroom is available for negotiable charge. We can recommend outside catering, table/chair rentals, higher-end sound system rental (we have a very simple PA and seating for about 70 throughout the 1st floor and garden). Though we don't produce events we can also suggest staff, DJ, and performers. Due to the age of the house we can't provide ADA accessibility for entry or bathrooms.
