Carnes Lake is an 1800 square foot hall that will be perfect for your wedding and/or reception. It's set on a private, fenced and gated, property outside Lancaster SC at 3548 N Rocky River Rd. The 6 acre lakefront venue will make you smile and breathe a little easier as soon as you arrive. The hall will accommodate around 50 - 75 people inside and room to double that with outdoor seating. Both inside and outside areas have a beautiful lakefront view. Another great feature is ample parking for all you guests. Whether you're in Lancaster, Charlotte, Waxhaw, Monroe or Pageland, Carnes Lake Banquet Hall is perfect.

The Perry Creek Exchange is a bright and versatile 3,450 SF raw space venue, offering a true blank canvas for couples to design a celebration that reflects their style. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open, flexible floor plan create a light-filled setting that can be transformed to match any wedding vision—from modern and minimal to fully dressed and dramatic. A convenient on-site breakroom supports vendors and event teams throughout the day, and our large private parking lot ensures guests enjoy easy, stress-free access without street parking or added fees, a rare advantage in Raleigh. While the space is crafted with weddings in mind, it also serves beautifully for corporate events, seminars, and special gatherings seeking a modern, customizable environment.

The Farm at 42 offically opened it's doors in March of 2018! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio with heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting.
