Hi, I’m Marian—mom of two, creative soul, and the heart behind Rose & Brie Charcuterie. I started this business with a simple mission: to bring people together around beautiful, delicious food without the stress. At Rose & Brie, we believe that food should be both a feast for the eyes and the heart. Every board is crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
