“We are so glad that we hired Jamie to be our day of coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to be stress free on their wedding day. We had previously hired a different DOC who had to drop out due to personal health problems. Jamie came recommended to us through our florist who had worked with her before. From our first meeting with Jamie, she instilled a confidence in us that we had never felt with our previous hire. She is a great communicator and clearly laid out what responsibilities she would be taking on. She had a series of meetings with us leading up to the wedding, handled vendor communication in the final week before the event, and put together a timeline based on our preferences and vendor preferences. We also hired her to do the styling for our tables which turned out exactly the way we had envisioned. On the day of the wedding, Jamie and her team took care of executing the timeline and ensured the set up was done to our specifications. We had a small snafu where I had forgotten to get pens for the guestbook and she took care of it for us. I am sure there were other areas where the event did not go according to plan, but Jamie and her team took care of them all. My husband and I both agree that we had a perfect wedding!”

“We had a saga of a wedding day, which included 250 guests and spanned 3 venues in downtown Manhattan, NYC. We began working with Kris on a weekly basis starting three months before our wedding. With so much left to be done, we were in desperate need of her professional guidance! Kris assisted us in securing last-minute venue/vendor details and navigated us through all the easily-over looked logistics of the wedding day. She gave honest feedback on how our ideas could be realistically executed, and presented us with reasonable alternatives when needed. Because of her professional guidance and get-s***-done attitude, we knew we were in solid hands. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible (aka wrangling decor, vendors, and guests to keep us on schedule). When the inevitable wedding mishap arose, we were reassured that she had the issue handled. We loved our time with Kris and couldn't give her enough credit for all her support. Our only regret was that we didn't hire her sooner and for more services! We will definitely recommend unKAGed events to all our friends and family for planning their future events.”

“It was so fun getting to spend time with her and getting to know her during this process. Cathy made every little detail of our fairytale wedding come true. She was terrific during the planning process. When I wanted to try to handle projects myself, she stepped back and let me handle them, but was always there if I needed advice or help with anything. When I needed her to be more involved and hands on, I felt completely confident and comfortable letting her take things in the direction that she felt was best. She was always quick to answer emails and talk on the phone to hash out big picture items or last minute details. The week leading up to the wedding Cathy was AMAZING. We spent almost 2 hours on the phone making sure every last detail was taken care of and exactly the way I envisioned it. She ran our ceremony in the pouring rain and was always cheerful and positive, she was there for me for moral support all afternoon while I was getting ready, she helped setup the barn and ceremony beautifully and made sure every detail was in order. During the ceremony and reception, she made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening. Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish and Cathy's expertise, guidance and help played such a huge part in the success of our wedding day. Thank you Cathy!! Tim and I are so grateful for all the hardwork and love you put into making our day great.”

“Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed. Thank god for Eileen! I highly recommend her. And if you're on the fence about needing a wedding coordinator -- just take the leap! SO SO worth it.”
