Working with Crystal and her team at Triprism was an incredible experience throughout our wedding planning journey. During the wedding planning process, we were able to meet regularly (digitally and in-person) to refine every detail. Despite being based out of state, Crystal made herself available in person whenever needed during the year of wedding planning, which meant so much to us. Her team went above and beyond, even volunteering to assist with additional events like our rehearsal dinner and our Cameroonian traditional wedding. and she worked diligently to ensure our timeline stayed on track. On our wedding day, Tripism's team remained professional and engaging. The team helped create a seamless experience for us and our guests. We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

And that's because Victoria single handedly made our wedding happen despite all of the challenges that we, and the world, threw at her. We were originally looking for just a day-of coordinator, but it was clear after our first meeting that we needed a wedding planner. Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). We hired Renee for coordination only. Then COVID happened. Our venue canceled on us and we then had to cancel our wedding. We had no idea what to do. Renee was there helping us figure it out. And, although this was unchartered waters for her too, she was so calm and got us through it. We are planning a new celebration hopefully in 2021, and so far we are so happy we hired Renee. We reviewed Renee on The Knot previously. Here is our update: Yes, we did replan our wedding and Renee was there every step. We had our wedding in October of 2021. Our wedding was small and intimate with all of our important family and friends. Renee is awesome and did such an amazing job organizing, planning and coordinating everything.
