My passion for photography and weddings began when I was very young. I staged Barbie weddings, making their dresses from Kleenex, then snuck Mom’s camera to take pictures of them. I moved on to dressing up my little sister in a pillowcase veil, again sneaking Mom’s camera. When she got tired of me using up all her film, she brought home several Bride magazines from the free pile at the library and I spent hours reading them, then pinning pages of beautiful wedding dresses on the ceiling of my bedroom. When “The Wedding Planner” came out in 2001, my fate was sealed

I live for capturing the magic moments of your wedding day-- from the first look to the first dance, and all the laughter and tears in between. When the guests are gone and the gifts are opened, these images will be one of the last things left to remember your wedding day. Who do you trust to capture these memories? My favorite part about being a photographer is capturing all the memories! watching a family grow throughout sessions, seeing a groom cry happy tears, and watching your little one smash their birthday cake! That is what I am here to capture! Outside of photography, I have a full-time job as a transportation representative and I'm married to my wonderful husband, Austin. I'm also a mother of two sweet boys and three crazy dogs! You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!
