Book this venue. My wife and I looked at a handful of places in the greater Orlando area, and nothing matched our vibe until we were fortunate enough to witness this stunning property. It’s unlike anything else in the area. The property offers several ceremony options, both outdoor and indoor, a beautiful outdoor & indoor option for reception, and an amazing array of bonus options - including on site AirBnBs for family or wedding party. We got compliments all evening on how beautiful the space was. Erik, the owner was great, knowledgable, and friendly. We didn’t see much as for photos or reviews online, but once we walked the space we knew it instantly. 10/10 would recommend.

The Terrace Hotel Lakeland, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was the perfect venue for our small wedding of 20 guests. From the start, their communication was responsive, accommodating, and of impeccable quality. The historic hotel provided a beautiful, intimate setting with a great view overlooking Lake Mirror. The food and service from the wonderful staff were fantastic. We are so glad to have had our wedding at The Terrace Hotel - everything was perfect! Our guests were able to conveniently stay at the hotel and stroll around the charming downtown Lakeland, visiting Hollis Gardens and other local restaurants. Mahalo!

But what really made the experience unforgettable was the organization, the constant support, the care, and the communication from the team. Every question answered, every detail handled, they made everything feel effortless for us. If I ever renew my vows, I already know it will be here. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this place because they truly go above and beyond in every way. Thank you for making my wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I'm beyond grateful we found you. Also, I want to say that Carmen and Mike (the venue owners) are literally the type of family people you want to work with. Mike was there the day we toured the place, and he was working on the parking space, which made us think of how well they actually take care of the place. We met Carmen the second time we toured the place with our families, and she gave us that same feeling. Carmen and Mike were both there the day of the wedding, which made us feel more comfortable with the coordination. We hired an outside company to coordinate the wedding, which met our expectations during the meetings leading up to the wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, we received something totally different and disappointing, which was also noticed by Elizabeth and Carmen. They did not have to step it up to do anything since we hired another company, but they did. They both helped us in every way that day, which makes us think about them every time we think about the wedding. They both did an amazing job, and my husband and I are extremely thankful for all the help and for their care for us. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would because they deserve it for being such an amazing team. We love you all and thank you again for providing us not just with a breathtaking venue, but also with all the kindness and gave us on the most important day of our lives.

I can't recommend Southern Streams Ranch enough! Angel, Richard and the rest of the crew are a delight to wok with and make my job so much easier. As a photographer, I appreciate so much that they are constantly improving their venue, always thinking about the photo ops, and even asking for my input! SSR is creative and artistic in their decor, giving me fresh details at every wedding. Their professionalism in planning, timelines and financials make them a pleasure to work with and I look forward to each and every wedding I shoot there. The entire staff is not only talented and helpful, they are good people! When you work at SSR, you are not only treated like a friend, but as part of a family, and that's rare these days. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! You do not feel like you are in Florida at all. Each space is unique between the ceremony lawn, cocktail hour green & secret garden itself for the reception. So many possibilities for photo ops in all the spaces! We also loved the hanging flower baskets in our reception area & took advantage of lighting the fireplace for our lounge! We loved that we didn't have to worry about weather and how it would affect the day because the venue has the retractable roof and walls structure for the reception area. We had a great day there and would recommend to anyone thinking about booking this venue. We also loved that we had free range to create in the space with our vendors, as the venue is strictly the venue.

To all brides that want a cozy and gorgeous venue, I couldn’t recommend Monarch Meadows enough. Cindy and Robert made the planning process such a breeze. The communication was top-notch from the get-go. I considered this super important, specially because I did the whole wedding planning myself with no wedding planner. They worked so hard to bring my vision to life and were so kind and welcoming to me, my husband and our families. They set up everything and took care of so much that I was able to truly relax on my wedding day. They took care of all the decorating, set up, clean up, picking up our food, looking over that everyone was setting up correctly, made sure everything was running smoothly at rehearsal time, ceremony and reception. She made all our bouquets and boutonnières and worked in any extra tasks that helped the day be better. They also had great communication with our vendors. They are very organized, detail-oriented and just want to make sure everyone has a great time. For brides on a budget, trust me, THIS is the place you need!!!! Sometimes you think you have to sacrifice a lot when planning a budgeted wedding, but Monarch Meadows really knows how to work to make the most special day a reality. All my guests loved everything and we received so many compliments, but it wouldn’t had been the same outcome without Cindy and her staff’s efforts. We had the wedding of our dreams at the Wave Hotel on New Year’s Eve. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, elegant, and truly unforgettable. We were able to plan the wedding from Los Angeles, and every visit to the hotel was just as wonderful as the last, which made the process incredibly reassuring and enjoyable. I feel very fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue. The setting was truly stunning, and leading up to the big day, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the list of recommended vendors they provided was absolutely fantastic. I have to give special thanks to Four Rivers Barbecue, Cocktails Catering, and Kaleidoscope Lighting, all of whom made the actual event so easy and seamless. Their services truly elevated our day and helped everything run smoothly. However, my experience on the actual wedding day was unfortunately not as positive. From the moment my bridesmaids and I arrived, the venue attendants were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no introductions, and no effort to make us feel comfortable, which was especially upsetting on what was supposed to be one of the happiest and most important days of my life. Additionally, there were issues with museum guests still being present less than an hour before our event began, and we had to ask multiple times for them to leave. This should have been handled by the staff, as it added unnecessary stress to the already hectic pre-wedding preparations. At the end of the night, the venue attendants started telling our guests that they needed to leave in 20 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. However, they failed to inform me, my bridal party, or the groom about this timing, which created confusion and made the event's conclusion feel rushed. While I didn’t use a coordinator because I felt confident in my planning abilities, I would have appreciated receiving the same time warning that was given to a few of my guests. It would have helped us to better manage the end of the event. To make matters worse, as we were breaking down, the attendants were rude to both myself and my guests, which was extremely disappointing. There is definitely a way to be firm yet kind, but that wasn’t the approach we received. Overall, while the venue itself was beautiful and all of the staff were great leading up to the day, the attitude and behavior of the venue attendants on the wedding day really left a negative impression. I hope they can address these issues for future couples, as it detracted from what should have been a perfect day.

I can't recommend Club Lake enough for your wedding! My husband Brian and I just finished having our big day at this venue on November 16th, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the entire lead up and the actual day itself! From the moment we reached out to Club Lake, Kayla and the team were so ON IT. Their communication was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to answer all our questions as we made the decision to move forward. From the moment we drove through the beautiful gates, we were mesmerized by the beautiful oak trees, the fairytale ceremony location and the gorgeous reception area. The grounds are IMMAUCULATELY maintained and we didn't understand why anyone would want to have their wedding anywhere else..The fact that it's an all-inclusive venue made it infinitely easier for us to make the big choices (Caterer/Pisces Rising, Floral/Bluegrass Chic, DJ/Xclusive DeeJay, Wedding Day Coordinator/Perfect Day Productions) And for the vendors they don't include, they provided us with exceptional choices (Such as Kindle & Grain for photography and Kristy's Artistry for our mom's and bridesmaids' makeup). Throughout the year, we were able to text and call Kayla and team whenever we needed and they made sure we felt like such a priority.Fast forward to the wedding and it was truly the most perfect day we could have prayed for! Lora and Brian (our Wedding Coordinator) executed the details and worked with the vendor like absolute PROS! Brian and I were able to truly enjoy our day knowing all the planning we put into it would be taken care of by the team. Our guests were in awe of the location and are still talking about the beauty of the location and how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We are truly so grateful to Carol, Kayla and the entire Club Lake Venue team. As a gay couple, we felt so comfortable with all the staff and all the vendors and the fact that Club Lake even featured gay couples on their website, made it even easier for us to know that this could be the perfect spot for us - - and it was.
